From the episode list on wiki, it looks like 98 is the correct one (98"A Leotard is a Girl's Burden"), however
79"Ryoga the Strong... Too Strong" seems to be missing unless I'm mistaken

im utterly confused at this point.i was clicking on the "surprise me"button,and dead space downfall came up.it did not have the video file,just the information box.for some reason though i cannot find it in the anime list either.im not sure what else to do besides report it.cant seem to find a link for it either,sorry.thank you for all of your hard work.

I'm not sure what happened. In the past we've had a purge of English dubbed anime, that could have been the case.
I will look for the Jap dubbed. If you'd like I found Eng dubbed in 360p.

Regarding Bofuri however, it's still airing and ep 12 hasn't been released. You can check the status of production on MAL (MyAnimeList) for example
