Mine was Lavender, a Taiwanese Drama. I don't remember most of the plot since I'm still on elementary that time but I'm sure that I got addicted to it. I even bought some of its merch items like the Lavender Bottle. XD That was my first drama that I really watched. Then I got addicted with kdramas when I watched Endless Love: Autumn in my Heart. So sad story... T^T

Like Raven. It would be the mother of all drama. The one that started it all.

Meteor Garden. The fad on this drama was outrageous before!

I watched Meteor Garden first, but it it's not the reason why I got addicted to Asian Dramas. I think the first one that got me addicted is "Hana Kimi", the Taiwanese and Japanese version, for Korean Drama I think it's "Boys Over Flowers".

Mine would have to be pretty much the same as everyone else's and that is Meteor Garden. I remember coming home from school and getting excited for the next episode. My friends and I used to fangirl over each of our biases. Oh, the good old times. /e5

There's also this Korean Drama which I must say is one of the earliest shows that I watched and that is Endless Love: Winter Sonata. My memory of it is a bit cloudy but I recall getting all emotional about the show. I think it brought out sad feels which might've been overwhelming for my younger self. It was that good! Oh dear, I want to watch it all over again.

For me, it's Zettai Kareshi (Absolute Boyfriend). I liked how it started funny and energetic and the story became serious towards the middle. The ending was so..... uh.... :crywithno::cry: I recommend you watch it. Indeed, a roller coaster ride of emotions. It really was maybe not the first I've watched but the first to leave a mark on me. I watched it around 2010 and until now I still can't move on with the ending.:cry::emhh19: It's a good rom-com series. I definitely recommend it! :/feel:goodjob:

My first is My Love From the Star! I was actually pretty apprehensive about watching these 'cause I find the reaction of other people corny when it comes to love scenes. But fortunately for me, this series was a huge appeal to me, and since then, I've been trying to find other dramas with this caliber even now. It was just amazing, the characters made me smile every way. Two thumbs up!! :goodjob:

My first 3 dramas are Personal Taste, City Hunter and Operation Proposal. Actually not only that I was rooting for the storyline but I was also mesmerized by the leading ladies (Son Ye Jin, Park Min Young and Park Eun Bin).. Also part of my list is the Three Dads, One Mom..

My relatives had lent me a DVD of Spring Waltz, and it was frustrating at times with the story going nowhere thanks to the usual love drama complications, but I liked it.

I do not know if you still remember but the drama the I liked the most is Gokusen.

I'm not really a fan of dramas (JDrama/KDrama) but this one rocks. From the uniqueness of the teacher to the coolness and being badasses of the delinquent students. All I can say is Gokusen Saikou~~!

Technically my first was a Korean movie called My Tutor Friend. At the time I had no idea what I was watching (a friend made me sit down and watch it), but I really enjoyed it. The first drama I watched on my own was You're Beautiful, but I stopped about halfway through because my life at the time was hectic (I've since gone back and finished it). Kimi wa Petto was the first drama I watched through and through, and it remains my favorite to this very day!

My first Asian drama that got me completely and hopelessly addicted was Boys Over Flowers and that was only a few years back (sadly), really didn't know what I was missing. I was pulled in and it refused to let go. Now I have an addiction that I sometimes have to take a moment and remind myself that other things still exist in life...like anime. LOL I can't even tell you why Asian dramas are so addicting, but they are and so much better than 98% of American dramas that are out there.

The first drama I ever watched, I seriously can't remember. It was either a J-drama or a K-drama. I want to say Boys over flowers but I can't remember. I know the first Chinese drama that really hooked me was Because of Meeting You. I absolutely love that drama! I've been addicted to dramas for so long.

Mine was Meteor Garden, Baker King and Crazy Little Thing Called Love. I do not remember which of the three was the first one I watched as a kid. Then after years I tried to go back to watching dramas I saw Legend of the Blue Sea so I got addicted to it. After I finished watching it I watched more Kdramas Cx
