Question To aru kagaku no railgun? or To aru majutsu no Index?

what comes first? to aru kagaku no railgun? or to aru majutsu no index?

my friend says index is first... but i believe railgun came first...

I think you should watch to aru majutsu no index first. The story in railgun is not actually after th events of index, but between them.
Anyway watching index first makes the story in railgun much more comprehensible. This's my opinion...

To aru Majutsu no Index first before To aru Kagaku no Railgun.

it doesn't really matter what you watch first.. railgun is a sidestory of index... they don't have any connection story wise

Chronologically, railgun comes first, but Index was written (and hence made into an anime) first and is the main plot. Railgun is just a side story, like previously mentioned.

If you are wanting to watch it, start with Index, it makes railgun make some more sense.
