Not too shabby as far as milestones go. It's been a pleasure, fellow citizens. :)

Just got back from a big family trip that wasn't as stressful as I prepared myself to believe. In fact, the general consensus was that it stayed relatively drama-free for everyone. I couldn't have asked for anything more!

My play that I was in closed the week before. So now, I'm writing this, jet-lagged and worn down and with a clear conscience as well as a clear schedule. I suppose.

There's so much that might be said, stuff I could fill pages with telling you guys... honestly I don't know where to begin. They all have to do with being out of my element in places that it's assumed I'm really in my element. Funky, huh?

There's so much that has recently seen its fruition, that doesn't need to be worried about any more, and now I'm wondering what is next. The balance of "playing nice" and "fighting hard" has left me craving lazy days. But those are my bad habits and I indulge too frequently in frivolousness. That's one thing that being thrust in to the uncertain sea of my numerous relatives made me feel highly aware of, and I observed myself become protective, using evasive language whenever asked what it was I had planned next.

I'm tired and have been internet free for about four days. It was weird. Wondering how to ease myself back in, and how to approach all the stuff I've missed that I normally spend all my time checking back in to.

Glad to be home, sitting in my favorite chair and drinking my favorite tea, doing one of my apparently favorite things. Hope I can fall asleep soon. I'll be checking in more soon. Have a good one, all!
