You know a lot of people say that. Like this guy http://www.ultimate-guitar.com/news/...ml?no_takeover

I do really like their old stuff. But Periphery II is my favorite album, and i think the Juggernaut dual release is amazingly done. They do a lot of new things in it that are great, the lyrics are beautifully written, the entire story with it is extremely well developed (im actually writing my second book based off of it). I think they do amazing work, but i do see why people like their earlier stuff, Jetpacks was yes! (2.0) is my all time favorite song.

well back to the thread, Here is a great song

    Karma by Kamelot

Woahhh, what that guy did was a bit on the extreme side there though. I may not like their latest stuff but in no way am I prepared to set alight to my Periphery merchandise that I purchased when I was a massive fan. xD

The claymation of Fred Stuhr became some of the coolest metal videos.

Here's some progressive metal. The style reminds me a bit like the Protest The Hero band.

Sorry guys, I just have to do this. Here's some extreme power metal by DragonForce . Truly one of my favorite metal songs. I love how villainous the backup vocalist sounds lol.

A video from the very dark artist OTEP. Female lead singer. Interesting dark melody. Has a Marylin Manson vibe to it.
