Video resolution

May I suggest a video to have a choice of a few resolutions like 360p, 480p, 720p & 1080p? This is for those with slow internet bandwidth. Thank you.

I think it's already been raised but for server issues or whatnot, it's not possible apparently, so most likely we won't get such feature, although I'd be happy to have it too ^^
