Pick a Superpower

In this poll I'm giving you the choice between four super powers you can either have:

1. The ability to become a human rocket (can produce jet flames from hands and feet allowing you to fly like Iron Man)
2. Any metal object you touch can fire a powerful laser.
3. Become an immovable object.
4. Can shrink.

I'm a little scared of heights but flying around like iron man would be fun.... and I'd save so much on gas

Flying has always been my dream ability. Literally, in my dreams; willing myself to fly and just cruising through the air on willpower alone.

Spiders, mice, and other pests become a very different type of pest when you're smaller... Don't shrink too much. Also, if you build the house to your shorter stature, it'll be much harder to take guests on a tour of the place.

I did think about travel while shrinking. Sneaking onto trans-Pacific or trans-Atlantic flights to visit the furthest places...

That had crossed my mind, too... But I'll take the freedom of flying. Also, occasional back yard sun bathers. ;-)

yeah i guess flying would be better for transportation, but being small, everything would be a lot cheaper and you wouldn't have to spend much money so you could easily get rich and buy a plane or something so transportation wouldn't be a problem

for those talking about the flying and ignoring the rest

1- you let lose jet flames out of you're flesh, burn your hands and feet no way to counter that
2- any metal you touch becomes a laser beam, high security with easy access to metals, easy to counter with non metal objects
3- you become a wall or a mountain, anything you can't move easily
4- you can shrink, but can you go back ?

I picked shooting leaser beams when touching metal as it is easy to not use metal with all the plastic stuff around us XD

I mean considering I'd probably go straight to jail for demonstrating a super power in this economy, I'm going with the super power that can also help me bust out of jail and that's shooting laser beams from metal objects. I'm thinking most cops and special forces won't be able to stop that kind of thing...?

That's just a matter of putting less on your spoon and taking time to taste it before swallowing... I can take half an hour to eat an ice cream where my little nieces and nephews will make theirs disappear in three minutes. Smaller people do not necessarily eat ice cream slower.

How the heck does your ice cream not melt in 30 minutes, do you like stand in your freezer while you eat it?

Its a matter of having the feeling of eating more. Got my jacket and gonna get my slide to my vanilla ice creaaaaaaaaam. In my opinion, I felt the highest satisfaction in eating vanilla ice cream by eating it slowly, well I wait for some to melt and its texture to look like a shiny pudding, its the best time to dig in and using your metal spoon, scoop tiddly. =D

Sugar is better warm... Cookies right out of the oven, hot fudge, etc. Eat at the surface of the scoop of ice cream. Get all the warm stuff while the bits you just uncovered warm up. Like scooping layers off an onion; work from the outside in. And even if it does melt, it still tastes just as good (better even!) than it did while frozen.

wow you really thought this through! I guess you're right, sometimes I wait for my ice cream to melt before eating it so I guess I can't really fight with you lol
