Lately, I've been so stressed at work that I'm having a hard time relaxing or even sleeping. I constantly think a lot of things so my brain is very active. What I do is I listen to rain or classical music in Spotify. But sometimes, I am so desperate that I listen to hypnosis audio just to get me to relaxed or sleep. Some say it's dangerous but it works for me.

I like to relax by being lazy, reading books, watching anime, playing games, extensive stretching (not always yoga), and going out in nature.

Listening to my favorite songs (my playlist), playing Freestyle2 on steam, hanging out with friends, watching anime, reading manga, and most of all...
    ...sleeping.

Turn on the pc, find a good series/movie, connect it from pc to tv-screen, make a cup of chamomile tea with a spoon of honey usually with an orange/apple or some 70% dark chocolate under a blanket on the couch.
