When did you have your first anime crush? Who and Why?

Hello! So, the question hit me when I remembered that time when my little brothers told me that I'm weird because I'm swooning over Killua (HunterxHunter). But I beg to differ, I think in the Otaku world, liking an anime character is perfectly normal. Haha.

My first crush was Gaara (Naruto) back in 2004. He's still an antagonist there but I liked him because I think his power is cool.

I still dream about ‎Kanade Tachibana of ANGEL BEATS. The writers totally did her up wrong. She was so strong!! An Angel, class prez., pianist (and loved mapo Tofu!) and they turned her into a wimp. mad me so mad! She deserved better. She should have been the star and then they could have had several seasons and I'll shut up now cause I'm being wield..and..and.. it's time to light incense on the altar to ‎Kanade Tachibana!! YOSH!!
