I would say those animes with good story/plot like Code Geass, Death Note and many others that is somewhat good to reminisce as your age grow lol

I would say, almost all my favorite time fillers and fun/meaningless action and comedy shows. But not my personal favorites I become emotional about today. It is said if you change things in the past you yourself would change and then you would not be here, a different version of you would be. Or you might not survive to your current age. If I could take full and complete knowledge of all things I am aware of now with me to that time, then yes, every show, as some of the others have stated.

most of them are mainstream and a lot of feelers or extra episode that not needed for anime, it's not I failed to watch I just become lazy because of a lot of feelers and start to stick to seasonal easy to follow or let the whole season done and watch it continuously

Okay well Pokemon came out when I was about 20 and "rejectful" against anything childish. But working with children at the time and now my son loves it, too: I wish I had gotten to see it in my childhood so I could appreciate the awesomeness.

I wish I had seen dragon ball as a kid, I tried watching it as an adult but it just wasn't the same.
