Synopsis


In the world where the taste and texture of food are very important there is Toriko, a hunter of precious foods regularly hired by restaurants and the rich. A man with inhuman skills to capture the ferocious, evasive and rare animals to complete his ultimate dinner course and then the chef Komatsu, his current accomplice: a weak timid person who was inspired by Toriko's greatness and accompanies him on all his journeys on his quest for the course of his life.

    Yay, the Ice Hell arc! Best arc of the manga thus far, and once the anime gets into it, it won't be able to screw with it much at all.

    With episode 18 it looks like the people in charge are trying to give all the voice actors more screen time rather than get on with the show. Pretty much none of the voice actors aside from Toriko's would be around for a while otherwise.

    i wish they keeped the same demonic Toriko and style as they had on the OVA on this one...also, the same actors cause to me the voices sound differnt on the series

    So now they're flipping the order things happen in and speeding up the pacing? I wonder who's brilliant idea that was. There isn't exactly enough manga to deal with this pacing.
