I don't think age REALLY matters, but when I converse in the SB or the CB; I DO prefer more mature conversation... But that's about it I guess.

Haha there is NOTHING restricting anyone from liking whatever they want, watching anime is one. We have people with age varying from students to even parents here. So be at ease, OS is a community for anyone how likes animes~

There is absolutely no age limit for watching anime and reading manga. In fact, anime and manga has 4 main divisions that support this:
Shounen anime/manga are generally designed for boys ages 14-17
Shoujo anime/manga are generally designed for girls ages 14-17
Seinen anime/manga are generally designed for men ages 18-30+
Josei anime/manga are generally designed for women ages 18-30+
Of course, anyone older or younger than those ages can watch and read these anime and manga, and there are all different kinds of subdivisions under those. It all depends on what kinds of things you like.

I don't think age means anything. The most age-related I've seen was a poll made a while ago, but it was more like mere curiosity. Aside from that I think we all treat each other the same, regardless of how old are you, or maybe not the same, but based on their behavior on the site.

hmmm for me it doesn't really matter coz you share the same interest which is about anime...it is actually good to interact with different age range..you will see some developments about your way of thinking and attitude.sometimes fresh and good ideas comes from the younger ones and too much childishness is being avoided coz there's the older ones to control the mood of interactions i guess... :)

i mean if u have an older friend, maybe they can share theri life experience with u.
n if u have a younger fren.. u can teach them wat they suppose to know.
i mean.. its a win-win situation rite?? u gain something n u share something
