im the biggest ecchi fan ever and Sora no Otoshimono Forte will win for sure or at least it should

the way the cleavage was drawn and everything else was just so good!
Rarely do you find an anime that is so centered around ecchi to be of such high quality

Sora no Otoshimono shocked me as a super ecchi anime that drove home a uniqueness and storytelling sense that I would have expected from a philosophical classic. I hail Sir Dupants, and give it my vote.

B Gata H Kei was ecchi but not over the top as some of the other anime out there. There was a definite story line, it was kinda realistic and funny as hell. However the part I really loved was that the ecchi parts were very tasteful and added to the story where as most other anime had it as pure fan service.

Since it's so based on that, it's mostly fan-service - ecchi.

I agree with Bindu here... ecchi scenes are contracted at the storylines.. not just some brainless fan service.
