Dark Souls
Dark Souls
Only Three games make this list for me.
Pokemon (lost all hope once it hit the DS)
RUNESCAPE (YES RUNESCAPE) 7 and a half years. August 21 2005 is when I started
And Maple Story. (4 years)
I have quit them all successfully

I swore to stick to WoW, played for 3 years and decided enough was enough. I saw where the game was going with Cataclysm and didn't want to be a part of it. Jumped off the band wagon before it was too late.
I swore to stick to rift, played for a year (1900 hours in game) in one of the best guilds in the world and then quit when we fell apart.
I swore to stick to Diablo 3, but after I beat inferno (before the nerf) about 3 weeks or more ago and got a feel for what Blizzard did to the franchise, I stopped and decided I'd wait for PvP to see if it would save the game.
I swore to stick to TF2, and kept leaving and coming back (Over 300 hours in game). Currently I'm into it more than ever, but I haven't been a faithful bot.
That's all I remember, other than Everquest and other games.
Runescape...

I would say Maplestory. I have made at least 5 characters, all whom I said I would get to the 3rd job advancement, but I can never seem to pass level 40. It's so fun when you first start, and then all of a sudden, all of your required quests are gone and you don't know what to do except grind monsters.
Diablo 3. It was fun for the first 1 and a half playthroughs, but got boring quickly after i beat it.
Final Fantasy 12. I managed to bring myself almost too the end, but it just seems too dry and boring, granted i wasnt using gambits at all and gave every command manually, but I can only imagine gambits would have made it even more boring.
Okami. No reason for this one. I WANTED to beat this game because I liked it, but I went home for the summer from college (friend had the game so i couldnt play over summer) and never managed to pick it back up again.
Those would be just cause 2 beacause it gets boring to do the same thing over and over again. Perfect would international even though I play it somethimes again for like a weak and then not play it for like a half year or so. also combat arms mostly beacause of the hackers in the game. and the last one will be borderlands it just gets boring if you can't play it with friends.

TinierMe.. Y'know, that cutesy dress up game? (Anyone familiar with it?)
I just quit a month ago and my reason is because it drains my pockets. You need real money to buy virtual money and then spend it for items such as accessories, clothes.. etc.
I regretted that I ever spent money for a game. X(
I should've bought something worth for my money. Like now, I wanted to buy a cello. Fufufufu~
I swore I would never get tired of Maplestory but..... it started going downhill and I just dropped the game after 4 years....

Final Fantasy 9. I beat it once. I still didn't know anything in the game and the chcobo gardens & ozmo. I decided I would make another save and try to get all the weapons , equipment etc. but once I reached the first boss. I got bored of the game :(
TES:Oblivion: apparently 100 hours is too much for a game that I cant ever finish
Fable 3: Playing Lute Hero to save the kingdom soooo wasnt worth it
Dragon Age: Great the first two times I played through it, it just got to bothersome by the end.
And last but not least
SWTOR: For a game I waited nearly 2 years to come out I only played it for a month before I was extremely disappointed with it.
Guild Wars 1. Towards the end it just seemed to repetitive to me.
Its:
-Prince of persia
-Prototype
-GTA :D
Honestly speaking, the only game that I have dropped was Runescape. Yeah a bit childish, but I did end up getting a few hundred bucks towards school. So in the end, it payed off ^^
