Well it's not insane coz in the first place, you never thought that you will have a crush on your sister's friend. It's only natural for people to admire other people regardless of their age. Age doesn't matter you know, everyone knows the fact that there are plenty of couples with huge age gaps. It's only a crush so there's really nothing to worry about. And if it turns to be more than that, still, it's not wrong, you only find it wrong because she's a friend of your sister. Imagine, if she's not an acquaintance of you sister, would you still find it weird just because she's two years younger?
