Private Chat Bar

UPDATE: ON/OFF function added



Some of you might have noticed but jim has added a simple private chat bar at the bottom of OS. It is still in its BETA stage and we are aware with the bugs and glitches it has right now, it will be slowly fixed in time. We made it online to test how it will affect our main server.

Also, you can only chat to your friends. You can't chat to someone else that is online yet is not added to your friend list.

UPDATE: ON/OFF function added
For users who wish to turn of the chat bar, all you need to do is:

1. Go to your Cpanel

2. At the left side, scroll down until OS Chat and just click it once.


3. To enable it again, just click that link again.

uhm, how can I close the chat bar? Coz for me its kinda inconvinient, its making my scrolling kinda laggy, and I'm not used to it. Kinda makes me irritated, no flames, just my personal opinion and question.

and it does lag when in use...

I've not had a problem with it so far, everything is as normal BUT with a chat bar !!

It's pretty cool over all ^^ .
No lags for me, but I get logged off the private chat bar even though I'm really logged in. This didn't happen earlier.. I'm using a different connection from the one I used hours ago, so could that be the reason why? xD

It would be nice if there was a way to turn it off or at least hide it. It isn't that intrusive, but it still gets kind of annoying, especially since I don't use it anyway.
