I can't stream any popular vids.

I don't think this is my internet, but are there too many people streaming at the same time? Cause I'm not getting anything, it just loads and when it shows the video, only bits of it is done(tiny bar in). Would it be the resource of the video as well? I tried other videos and those works fine.

Sounds wierd :O what do you consider popular vids? Perhpas a host is down or something? (or did that all change with the server upgrade?)

I am really sorry to hear you are having problems. However we never have more than 300 members on line at the moment and our server / hosts are more than capable of handling more than twice this volume.

As Jade requested - pls specify when you started having this issue as you have been with us for over 6 months and believe this is a new problem. Is it after the new player? Did you try using the old player? Have you changed to a new service provider?

Pls also specify the vids you are having problems and we will try our best to help you.

Actually it started just yesterday. These ones I've tried with both type of player, "Soul Eater" and "Full Metal Alchemist Brotherhood." Again, they don't load as fast as before anymore.

One more question - did you try any other series and did the same problem exist?

In any event, the two series mentioned are hosted on two completely separates servers/hosts so I really dont think this was an 'OS' problem and also as mentioned we have still not exceeded our bandwidth

I think there might have been a problem with your service provider at the time you were trying to stream Maybe if you could give them a call and check?

Pls do let us know if the problems continues. I really do hope its resolved soon

Yeah, I do have a big feeling it's the ISP. Dammit!! Can't believe I fell for such cheap bundle! I can finally stream normally now! Oh by the way, sometimes the new player doesn't have the line that indicates the time of the video. So I can't go back or else it'll start over again. I hope you guys fix that soon!!

Yes, a lot of our members have complained about that - but unfortunately none of us have experienced it and Jim cannot fix what he cannot see. Its not that we dont believe you, but since Jim - the programmer doesn't experience it, he cant fix the programme XD But its not to say he isn't trying ...

Some of the other members have said that once they refresh and play again it fixes it. I am not going to suggest using the old player as I believe like me, you couldnt stream with the old player.
