"Girls und Panzer" Premiere + PV || "Little Busters!," "Suki-tte," and More Visuals

The official website for the upcoming Girls und Panzer television anime series updated last Thursday to reveal that the series will in fact premiere in October as fans previously speculated.

The story of Girls und Panzer focuses on a group of high school girls who drive around in tanks compete against each other in teams.

At Moetan's studio ACTAS Tsutomu Mizushima (Another, Blood-C) is directing the project with scriptwriter Reiko Yoshida (K-On!, Romeo x Juliet). Humikane Shimada (Strike Witches) has been placed in charge of character designs.

Little Busters! Key Visual and Character Designs Revealed

ASCII Media Works' September issue of Dengeki G's Magazine has revealed a key visual and several character from the upcoming anime adaptation of Key's hit visual novel Little Busters!.

Also of note is that the magazine neither confirms nor denies a release date. Since the initial confirmation that an adaptation was in the works many fans have speculated that it would be released in October 2012. The usual announcement-development-release timeline of most anime certainly makes that date seem likely, but at this point in time no official announcement has been made concerning a release date.

J.C. Staff is producing the upcoming Little Busters! anime adaptation with Yoshiki Yamakawa (Baby, Please Kill Me!) as the director. Michiru Shimada (Jewelpet Twinkle, Shugo Chara!) is the head scriptwriter with Haruko Iizua (Inu x Boku SS) in charge of character designs.

Suki-tte Ii na yo.

The official websites of ZEXCS' upcoming anime adaptations of Kanae Hazuki's shoujo manga Suki-tte Ii na yo. (trans. "Say I love you.") and 3DS game Senran Kagura have both been updated with key visuals.

The website for Suki-tte Ii na yo. also confirms an October 2012 premiere. A synopsis of the shoujo manga's plot courtesy of Anime Suki:

Mei Tachibana has spent her 16 years without making either a boyfriend or friends. One day, she injures the most popular boy in school, Yamato Kurosawa, because of a misunderstanding but for some reason it seems that he takes a liking to her and one-sidedly claims that they’re friends. Furthermore, he not only protects Mei from a stalker, he does it with a kiss…?!!

Meanwhile, an announcement on Senran Kagura's official site states that a promotional video (PV) will be shown at Media Factory's booth at next month's Comic Market 82 event.

Actually Senran Kagura is based on a 3DS side-scrolling game that was released in 2011. A manga adaptation began serialization in Media Factory's Monthly Comic Alive last October, but there is no visual novel :)
