What anime would you like to see get a second season/sequel?

We all have that anime that was left out open-ended, and wished they produced a sequel/new season to it. and why?

(be sure to include the spoiler code if you're about to tell something about how that season ended)

mine are :

1. Durarara! dunno, i mean there are a lot more things they could've settled

especially mikado and anri, i mean that time when mikado used the dollars to save anri was awesome, i just wish he used that to confess or something haha. oh and the thing with Izaya Orihara having Celty's missing head, I wanted Celty to find out that orihara has it.

2.Black Lagoon

well there's a lot more of untold stories, i'd love to see the pasts of Mr. Chang, Balalaika, and the whole lagoon company

3. The World God Only Knows. The story was about to get a lot better when the anime ended.

4. To Aru no Majutsu Index II and To Aru Kagaku no Railgun

the anime was just getting better especially the way it ended, it shows Accelerator joining a group and stuff, plus there was a war brewing but the season ended before it even started.and for railgun, dunno i just want another season lol.

5. Kore Wa Zombie Desu Ka? of the dead

same reason with to aru, it was just getting better with a major battle brewing but it ended

6. Nyan Koi! they even said towards the end that they wanted a season two, but it didn't get one

7. Haiyore! Nyaruko-san. Admit it, Nyaruko and Kuuko was just adorable.

8. Gintama It's just funny as hell, and there's a lot of epic battles that are published in the manga that the anime missed.

9. Hidan no Aria I heard that it recieved a lot of hate coz of the director once tweeted something like "please buy our newly released dvds so we can make 2nd season" or something, but anyway I still loved the anime.

I agree. It kinda surprised me that they ended Hitman Reborn.

the ending was really open ended, just when there was a war between the protagonist's club/school and that dude who kidnapped Ryoko Okami.

it would've been pretty awesome if they just continued it for another season or so.

Too much stuff is left as a mystery and it is really sudden that it ends after the Level 4 Akuma.
Also, the story after the attack gets so much more awesome in the manga and it would be awesome if it were to become anime

Anyway, my list is going to more like a rant cause of tons of titles on it. Ill give only a few for now.
1. Air Gear - all who seen Air Gear will understand that it has more story and it can give and sparks more interesting battle that viewers can enjoy a lot.
2. Bamboo Blade - the anime shows a lot of potential and it also left the viewers a taste of looking forward for a sequel.
3. Break Blade - a war story that can offer more than it showed. Since that the story starts with in the middle of the war and the anime ends while still in the middle of a war.
4. Saki - a mahjong story anime that use a double edge weapon on its content. The double edge content on it can kick off the viewers but its also one of the reasons why it is really interesting. Beside, the anime ends up without showing one of the important part of its story.
5. Zombie-Loan - an anime that typically ends with a cliffhanger. This series shows a lot of potential yet the story fell short due to the lack of episode.

ohh yea bamboo blade, i enjoyed that a lot. i ended up reading the manga coz i got hungover after the series ended XD

I want to see a third season for Code Geass and To Aru Majutsu no Index. A second season for To Aru Kagaku no Railgun and Ao no Exorcist would be great too.

I've read at another anime site that there was gonna be a Code Geass ova continuing from where the story left off.

i'd rather have a remake of Ao no Exorcist, the anime ended pretty badly (though i enjoyed the conspiracy thing going on, but they didn't pull it off correctly towards the end)

That's sounds awesome! I need more Code Geass!

Also, I think that Angel Beats already has a season 2 in the making, although that is just some rumors I heard while looking around the internet, so don't take my word for it.

it's kinda weird if they made a season 2 for it. i mean where'd it pick up from? unless they make a new set of kids to go there, but the first batch of kids set the bar pretty high and it might ruin everyone's expectations XD. i'd rather have them some sort of prequel, like show how their group was formed.

I want more Hitagi... so I want the Monogatari series to continue, although I'm afraid that one of the girls will die if that happens (haircut and death by the end is NisiOisin signature moves it seems)
And I would like a sequel to Yumekui Merry, I don't care if it follows the manga or not, I just want a new season.

Highschool of the dead because it needs a 2nd season its obvious its not yet finish.
Gintama it must be continued because of it's funny jokes.
D gray man so many mysteries is still not yet been discover.

that's all, I know other manga's are just making it a bit longer so that gap between anime and manga will not be close I know they will show soon.

I would like a new season of gintama cause they still need to fight some people. Also a new season of clanned where they will show what happens with the family. I would also like a new season of the world god only knows and that is because it became better in the end and then stopped.

I agree with Gintama since gintama was and will always be one of the best action/comedy animes, the next few arcs is awesome.
and also with TWGOK, it seriously needs a 3rd season since a lot of great things would happen right after Jun's conquest (though I heard they're getting a spin-off series based off Tenri, dunno if you heard of her, but if you read the manga, you'd probably know about her)

Dunno about clannad continuing the story with the family though, I find that ending to be "untouchable". It'd be great though if they made those "Clannad Another World" episodes though (since they obviously left out Kotomi and Ryou coz Kyou and Tomoyo got their own happy endings with Tomoya)


oh and one more anime to add to my list
Denpa Onna to Seishun Otoko - since nothing really happened during the end.

There are many anime that i hope a to have a sequel though it will be too long if i'll list all of it so i'll just list the one's that is my favorite

Rosario+Vampire- hope this anime will have a remake that will follow the manga 'coz the present anime of this only focus on FANSERVICE
Zombie-Loan- just stops where the story already became more interesting
Hayate no Gotoku- though the s3 is already coming up soon, I hope that it will follow after the ending of s2 and it will not be a remake
D-Gray Man- ended up as a cliffhanger though I wonder if there will be a s2 for it
Hoshizora e Kakaru Hashi- I still want to see how far their relationship progressed
