I think we're going to analyze it first........your bestfriend can't do that you it's because how did he/she became your bestfriend in the first place if he/she doesn't need you since you met and hated you since first.

As days pass, he/she can't throw directly away the moments both of you shared together such as laughing together, doing crazy and weird stuffs together, secrets you shared and tears you both shared and many more.

But there's also a possibility that he/she wants to be your bestfriend it's because of his/her insecurity or in other words, he/she just became your bestfriend because maybe only you could bring the last percentage of his/her low sel-esteem up.

But if you feel a little confused about my comment, I chose ''I hate you since we met'', it's because he/she used you for better or for worse and it can also mean that he/she despise you so much.

Actually both of them are painful. I chose this because you thought that everything was fine but in the end he/she disliked you. All of the efforts you did to build your relationship is meaningless for him/her.

The first one definitely not that the latter is any less painful just not as rage inducing as it is backstabbing you pretty fierce when your best friend, your confidant most trusted person, say flat out that they hate you that's what I call a bust but best to weed out the pretenders and move on to finding real friends so it's a good thing in the long run just not in the moment (T.T)

I've had my own encounters of betrayal in the past.

If a person whom you trust and treated like a family betrays you, it sucks a lot, regardless of their reason.

And by the way, I think " i hate you since first" and "i dont need you since we met"
are the same.

"I don't need you since we met" is more painful because its like telling you that you've been used for some reason by your best friend. All the while you stayed by her side and treated her so well and that's what you get? It's not a good feeling :|
