What I've been doing lately...

Rate this Entry
Removing the otaku stuff behind... I've been really attached to chores right now...

I'm starting to feel like a level below Ryuuji (toradora) in doing these chores... I'm washing dishes, doing laundry, tidying up the house... even if the table is messy, I try to make it look organized without returning stuff...

And I'm doing sit-ups like crazy... I've changed a set into 25 sit-ups... in which case I do 3 sets per round... and I do at least one round a day... but usually, I'm doing 3 or 5 rounds a day now... so that's 75 x 3 or 75 x 5 sit-ups a day...

Sad I haven't been going to the gym though... I need pecs...

But then again, I haven't been doing any other excersize if it's not for my abs...

So I'm just here like... MY ABS!!! I never thought I'd live the day when I can feel my abs... they're not yet popping out but they're there...

Plus my stomach grew smaller... so according to a lot of people who notice the small stuff in life... I got thinner... even mom noticed that...

There was a debate yesterday and I stayed up 2 days just getting the facts and stuff we can use for it...

As expected, we were the only debate group who were actually hyped up for this moment...

So we won ^^... and we're going to Starbucks this Saturday to celebrate...

maybe...

Anyway... I haven't been doing much if not those I already said above...

But you know... just a question...

"How come that even though you start studying, doing chores on your own, being very polite, becoming a flawless son, your mom still finds a way to release her anger and wrath at you so much that each letter from every word she says feels like nuclear missiles coming at you at a million kilometers per bilisecond?"

Anyway yeah, that's my life...

How's yours?

bye-bee 4 nao~

Mmm... Shawarma~~~

You really need to work out your back as well especially your lower back since your doing a lot of reps for abs. If you don't, your back (especially lower back) will get hurt over time. Basically, you need to balance it. For the pecs, do push ups. It's simple and easy but don't do it everyday. Do like 100 reps in one day, and the next day you rest. Then repeat 100 again the next day.
