I got motivated to write this blog by musikalles. I probably would not have written this, as I am simply not that type of guy, but the heck, why not! And I need some opinions anyway, so this should be perfect.

So, today I had a date with someone, and a fairly peculiar date at that.
Not because of how it went (well, that as well, but what ever.), but because I had barely talked to her
in school before, but sometimes I just get that feeling that I will get along with a certain really well so I thought "Why not, what can I lose?" and just asked her out into the city for a coffee and a walk or something. (Very unusual for me, took a while to gather courage as well).

So far, so good. We met up at 3pm and while it went fairly bad in the beginning (due to not knowing each other that well) it got better and better while we went through a nice park to the local river, watching the sun go down, talking about everything in the world.

Now, the questions arise when it comes to the next part, while I took her to the bus stop. My memory of this conversation is kinda blurry (which I could slap myself for right now), maybe because it was kinda hasty. Just your normal Goodbye.

Me: "Well then, come home safely!"
Her: "Yeah I will, I had a nice time today! =)"
Me: "Yes, me too! How about meeting up again next weekend or something"
(that's when I kinda stopped listening the rest is not granted to be the real words)
Her: "Meh, next Weekend is bad for me/I don't know/something like that
Me: "Or maybe even something throughout the week." (we got holidays right now)
Her: " [Can't remember] I'd like to stay in touch anyway/something along these lines"

Now, looking over it again that definitely seems to be more on the refusal site of things, but talk about sending ambiguous signals!

Some compliments and everything in between, let alone no single word of "I might need to go soon" or something like that, within three and an half hour (then I panicked because it was sunday and I didn't know if the bus would still be driving), and a, in my opinion very nice conversation actually don't really add up to that conclusion.

So, what's your take on this guys? I will probably have to ask her anyway, but having a few opinions is never bad.

Bloodline Champions Online Arena Game

I already opened a Thread for this in the forums but as I create blogs so rarely anyway, I'll just put it up in here as well to spread the Awesomeness.

'Bloodline Champions' is a free-to-play online player vs. player arena game where players engage in short, intense battles of up to ten players divided into two teams. Each player must take control over one of several different bloodlines, each with their own unique weapons and abilities. Easy to learn, challenging to master - 'Bloodline Champions' is just as much fun for the casual player as it is for the hardcore gamer.

The developers of 'Bloodline Champions', made it their number one goal to make the ultimate PvP arena game. That meant doing away with chance, random elements, target locking and critical hits. Here player skill and team play is the most important factor to win.

Different bloodlines in a set up complements each other, different maps and game modes need different tactics, and good teamwork is important. Spells travel towards where the player aim their mouse cursor, and can be avoided by enemy players, making every ability dependent on individual player skill. There is no mana and the cooldowns are short, ensuring that every match is full of intense, adrenaline-filled action.

Bloodline Champions is a Free to Play game, based on the League of Legends Microtransaction Shop-System.

Homepage
If you want to receive a Starting Bonus just drop a PM with your E-Mail off and I'll send an Invite.

Completely Skill Based
Chance is not a factor. Spells and abilities do a set amount of damage and we've removed critical hits and passive avoidance abilites. Spells travel to your point of aim and can be avoided by enemy players, making every ability dependant on individual player skill!

Intense Action
Short intense rounds of action and less downtime eliminates bottlenecks in the flow of action. Short cooldowns coupled with a smaller global cooldown ensures that you will always have a spell of some kind to cast!

Tailored for competitive play
Gameplay specifically tailored for competitive multiplayer. You will never face another player that have bought an advantage, nor will you have to deal with farming or grinding! The snowballing effect where another player gets increasingly powerful as the match goes on, seen in some games, is eliminated and maps are mirrored for a level playingfield.

Team Coloring
Everything is colored to the specific teams, including spells, HP bars, maps and more. Discerning who the enemy is and what he is doing have never been easier!

Efficient Controls
The controls are tailored to the specific flow of action in Bloodline Champions gameplay, combining mouse and keyboard to enhance interaction between the player and game environment! Although the default controls are very efficient, everything is re-mappable to suit your needs.

No Mana!
The mana pool has been done away with. Instead the game is focused on a time limited resource system with cooldowns rather than a finite resource system. No longer will allies drop dead next to you while you are out of mana!

Diverse Bloodlines
The Bloodline Champions class system features well known archetypes such as tanks, healers, ranged damage dealers and melee damage dealers. Every class is self-reliant to some extent and there's plenty of hybrids to suit every need, making the number of viable team setups virtually endless!

Have fun, and meet me ingame!

Coming back from my philosophy lessons right now and i'm quite shocked actually.

Either it's that I'm just a heartless guy with no moral whatsoever, or some of those guys in there are simply totally naive. They look at the world as if everything is good, every person is totally trustworthy everyone can be happy if you just care about everyone around you ^_^

Are they just pretending? I just can't believe that they think of the world as a big fluffy pink ball on which everything is fine and everyone loves each other...

You know, we were talking about suicide, and they were like "How could anyone ever think of suicide? ^_^ The life is so awesome ! ^_^ Lets all hug each other now! ^_^" I honestly couldn't stand it anymore. You know, I think of myself as a very rational yet cheerful person, but something I really cant stand is this fake happiness...

http://img251.imageshack.us/img251/6...7862462400.gif

So, I found this interesting image, and read all the text on it.
It really made me think, because some things on there just shouldn't be the way they are.
And it made me wonder if it really is like this, so share your experiences.

Anyway:
"If a woman tells you there is something wrong, don't try to fix it.[...] Don't offer a solution."
Instead, the text suggests just to comfort her and agree. Why, when there is a way to fix it?

"Let Women chase you"
"Be willing to walk away at any time, and never go back"
Again: Why is that? What the hell would be wrong with showing interest in someone?
I can't really agree to that. It will make it appear like you are just trying to subdue her, to show off that you are superior.

"Let other people ask, rather than tell"
I've done that in the past. In many cases, it's just not working, because if both partners follow exactly that pattern, an interesting conversation will never come up.
Also, if I would be the one to ask questions all the time, I would feel like the other person isn't interested in me at all, and that i'm just barely keeping the conversation up.
Is that how it's supposed to be? I don't think so.

At least thats my opinion on this text.
But im kinda unsure because some points seem to be viable after all.
What do you guys think?
