Mahou Shoujo Lyrical Nanoha

Does anyone know if Mahou Shoujo Lyrical Nanoha (the first season) was ever dubbed in English? If so, does anyone know where I could watch it? I would have put this in the suggestions thread, but the series is already on here subbed, and it seems to me that OS doesn't do dubbed anime.
