Error while pressing "Home"

When i click on the Home tab, i get this error
"holyzac, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation. "

Please fix this, its raining outside and i want to get home >.<

i will once ive experience it again..

now when i click on home all i see is "latest upload". i also dont see anything in the streaming section anymore

fixed.. haha i forgot to set "OS Regular Member & Uploader" 's Privileges hahaha..
