Yea it was a good game, nice and long, though my favorite is still star ocean 2 maybe because in the version released here for SO4 they took off all the anime graphics

I downloaded the demo from xbox live however was unable to connect to the server so I am still at a loss as to how good/bad this game is. Are there still alot of people playing online these days?

Ive only played Till the End of Time and Last Hope. I LOVED TTEOT, mostly for the item creation (spent days on that alone) but Last Hope, in my opinion, was a huge let down. The battle system was still good, the story line was OK, but i hated how they nerfed the item creation and made that aspect sort of like a rip off of WoW in the respect that you had to farm a crapload of creatures to get the items you want.
The voice acting wasnt the best either i didnt think a lot of the voices fit their character, but then again im pretty picky when it comes to voices ;).
I also didnt like how the "Anime" aspect to the game wasnt as apparent as in TTEOT which drew me to this genre in the first place.
All in all an OK game, just not what i was hoping for.

I've played all except the ps2 version. They're fairly good. The last one was good despite the creator wanting to turn it into a, well...more mature game.

yes got my ps3 last Saturday and started playing SO4: International friday, ironically compared to the Japanese dub the English dubbing isn't that bad i like both. Also the fact that you can change the menu style from CG to the classic anime style awesome. Though i think they fixed the item synthesis +exp ?% and +fol ?% glitch -_-
