Hi guys, and to those who made manga via ballpen and bond paper. I was wondering if you have specification regarding or choosing the necessary equipments to start a nice plain artwork. I hope you can share those here because I am having a hard time regarding paper quality.

hmm maybe bristol board since it can absorbed water if you're inking
but good quality paper like those of a sketchpad would probably do just fine

I don't like sketchpads. I just have some issues when I eras but, I always buy a set of Uni Fine Line Pens ranging from 0.05, 0.1, 0.2 0.3 0.4 0.5 0.8. And learn how to crosshatch because I notice a lot of manga always making lines and crosshatching to shade and do eyes. If you have a white ink pen, better, it helps as well
