looks pretty dirty and old to me.
and why the 'X' symbol on the bottom right corner?
well i really like for you to explain about the flag..since every flag in the world has it's meaning for every symbol.

Its great like that colors you choose.

The only way I'd like it more if it had some depth. Right now it looks more like a painting of a flag then a flag.
(of course it looks like it was painted on a semi broken concrete wall so that may have been what you were going for)

I dont have the ability to edit/make a pic through photoshop but at least I can say that the image is nicely done but the dirty texture make it appear to be rough.

It's really nicely done :D but yeah I agree not so otaku-ish XD
I like the Grungey appearance, gives it a more rebel look (for me though)
but the placement of the OS logo is somewhat bugging me, why not just put it in the very center? or move it a little more to the left? *just a viewers opinion though :3

btw why not make it more otaku-ish so perhaps it can be used here? XP

anyways overall I give it 8/10 :D

It kinda looks like a compilation of two different flags with the Otaku logo stamped in the center.
Good job on the Photoshop designs though. I'm not about it being a flag but it'll make one heck of an awesome wallpaper... XD

I like the texture overlay <3, it really does give a grunge feel. I don't think it's very original though, looks more like a combination of already existing country flags.

Nice flag. 8/10 It is good but the background is like dirty or is it just white but due to scanning or something. Anyway nice job again.

love the grunge effect. maybe the flag will look better with a red background instead of white?
