Does anyone know how make a moving Avatar?
because i want to make a avatar of mio shivering and Yui practicing her guitar. i have a copy of the anime i just don't know to make make that particular part a Avatar...

Pls teach me how step by step...

pls i've been looking for someone who was a application for making avatars and a person who can teach to me how for this for Centuries..... T_T

You have to use a certain program, like photoshop. I can make it for you, if you want.

i use gimp when making .gif images....

paint for cutting images....well its really a lot of work so i'll try photoscape (thnx for this)

I've been using photoscape a lot to make GIF Images... to capture scenes from anime... just snapshot every frame you came while play/pausing... You can reverse it so that it won't look obvious...
