No one wants to help me solve my problem and no one cares.

Emotions i feel:

1. Sadness :'(
2. Anger :@ (!&^@*!%@&^*$E#)#&@($(*@

Sorry I didnt see your post ._. please try converting using formatfactory? use the alltoavi button of the program then proceed to bencos

Waahh! It takes a lot of time. But, does bencos eat up much CPU like when im using Xilisoft for example? Like, does bencos run on background like an antivirus? or can't i use xilisoft instead using the advanced settings of a streamable vid?

bencos uses 99% processing power of the cpu....if you have a good pc then that would mean converting an anime vid would take less time....you can let it run on background and still run some programs but I doubt you can run heavy games like CoD MW or Starcraft 2....mini games like plants vs zombies or browser games are fine...or listening to songs watching movies are fine...

Install mp4box and super converter at the first page.

Never seen my upload for 4 days.. Are there any priority who's or what animes they will gonna upload first? Seems like no one even read my private messages they should've posted notes to inform me if they noticed my message.

What do you mean by uploaded files? :|
Format Factory (http://www.formatoz.com/) not to be rude though but a simple google search would give you the link to it....
How to use format factory:
After installation, run program.
click on all to avi on the left of the program's interface.
There should be an add files button pretty self explanatory you could add mutliple files to convert from there.
If you want to change some settings like video size, audio sample rate etc... click on the options button to change the said settings. Changing anything on the options would affect all the videos you added
once you're done with those click on the OK button.
Click on the Start button on the top

If you want picture examples refer to my thread that uses formatfactory: thread (http://otaku-streamers.com/community/showthread.php?5665-Yosh!-lets-make-an-animated-avatar!)

you cant actually place the upload to os, upload it to megaupload (in the steps) then you send the link to an admin, but before you do that make sure the anime isn't reserve by an uploader, a stuff member can check it for you (mod)...

so i just need to convert .wmv file into .mp4 using the guide line by using format factory and
convert it again using bencos eh?
if it is like that...then i will start converting my japanese drama right away.

Hmm actually I would recommend the member who want to be uploader to read the new How to Upload thread that was made by Kobowo (The reason cos it's up to date and also it explain exactually what you need to do with FormatFactory + Bencos)

Hello guys, after reading a lot of things about uploading, I would like to try and upload as well. How will I know the list of anime that are up for grabs to upload?

Uploaders have the priority when it comes to uploading anime that are upcoming. I suggest taking a look at the requests section of the forums if the title there can't be found in the streaming list then its an anime you can upload. tip: use ctrl+f to find titles faster on the streaming list.

I don't think it should give problems, because i run it on win xp (sp3) 32 and win 7 64 bit. The problem if you get any is from the program itself not installed properly or the file you are converting, post the errors or problem here and we'll try to help out.

No, i don't have a particular method of converting, i just use the method that suits to file (extension) such as .mkv, .rmvb, .ogm, .avi, etc. And i don't use a particular program either because with different files i change programs such as to merge external subs with file while changing to .avi or changing font size, but bencos is always used to get the .mp4

C. Uploading
For your convenience and ours, you can upload the converted video to www.MegaUpload.com. After Uploading, PM me or Jbluey the links, after we verify the upload, we will change your status to Uploader.

(Optional) You can use the program called MegaManager instead of using your browser for uploading. The advantage of using megamanager is that it has a resume function. So even if you got disconnected, your upload wont go back to 0%.

Copy that! Thank you for the detailed procedure avich. But now that Megaupload's no more, where do you suggest we upload the files?

Yes, it is. "Reserved" means it's for that person only to upload. It's better to go to the request thread find something new that isn't reserved and upload that. Good luck.

alternatively, you can also choose to upload those ongoing anime that has no "reserved by: xxxx" on it.That is, if you fast enough and the admin notice it before any uploader updated that series with no reservation

Well for one, YouTube is a mess; repeats and poor quality of repeats flood it. They're also owned by Google and can afford to throw bandwidth away like candy. Having selected and dedicated uploaders ensures quality.

I have seen movies in parts not episodes, find a software (format factory) to merge them then have the .mp4 under 200 mb i.e. or find another source.

aside from Format Factory, u can use HJ Split in combining them (easier i guess).
but it's to make sure the combined parts doesn't exceed 200 mb
since mediafire has limit to how much size u can upload for regular users.

You can upload an anime if it isn't already here or reserved (an uploader or mod can check reservations). And as for relating to how stressful the methods are, that's the only way and you don't know the half of it, these methods here are the easy ones.

Thanks for the link. I Already saw some before but this new beginners edition is actually giving me more headache. Anyway just want to ask though what size format will I need to use. I already reduced the ones I have to save disk space but I wouldn't mind re DL them if the size doesn't fit the bill. Oh and one more thing, is there a way for any mods to view my submitted vid so that they can tell me if I did it right or wrong. Finally If I try to Upload let say Godzilla Final Wars will It be automatically be posted at the right stream category or do I have to be the one to put it in the category? Thanks.

There isn't a specific output size for any file, 'bencos' determines the it's size, just follow the procedures correct and that size will be okay, with the correct settings of bencos from the tutorials. Your first uploads will need admin's approval so he'll determine whether you did them correct or not. Streaming category.. well that's already fixed by the person that adds the empty anime page then you'll only add episodes there.

We mods would be the one to add your upload page, or to the database. We would be the ones to assign the stream category so you don't have to worry about that. Sadly we won't be able to check if its right or wrong till you upload it. The filesize of your bencos converted file depending on the original filesize of your download. For example if you were to download a 700mb anime movie and you converted it with bencos it should be reduced to around 200-300mb.

And the link, tell me where you get confused maybe I could help ;)
