I like the Birth by Sleep Opening...although it was taken from the previous secret ending it was still epic :3 I also like the FF12 opening and the other Kingdom Hearts opening as well....

Soul Calibur 2 is a good one. All SMT games imo have good openings. Tales of Symphonia is my fav opener of the tales series, but all the Tales of games have great openers.
