Aika Online by Gpotato is what i'm currently playing. I suggest that.
Other games: Vindictus ,Flyff, Conquer online (low graphics),Ace Online (aerial combat (meaning like cool ships)),Mabinogi.
Vindictus- Has high graphics, random instances , you can level different skills etc , it's a really cool looking game.
Flyff- More Childish looking , pretty fun none the less.
Ace Online- I used to play it for a while, 4 different kinds of ships you can be.
Mabinogi- Anime style graphics, unique system(dungeon-wise). Lots to do.

I play World of Warcraft myself, but sometimes the $15 a month (or $30 for game card) can be a bid of on the pricey side. On that note, I played Mabi for a while, I even played Dream of Mirror Online which is very fun. Vindictus was ok, kinda became bored of it. I mean all of them you can try and see what you like most.

WOW is a bit too much for me. i would only like to play those games which are free-to-play rather than pay-to-play. i'm still a student though. so the price would be a burden. :D

there is a private server of WOW, namely molten wow and it has 5 servers with an average of 2000 players each.. and since it's a private server, it's free.....
you can try
Grand Fantasia - it's nice game and party-based though the pvp is imbalanced
Dragonica Online - a 3D side scrolling game. really addictive

@tfioi: PW as in perfect world?
@ignifer: i'm into PVP-based games. i like to kill. :D
@coolground: i don't really like to play in private servers. it just gets wiped out. and i also tried dragonica. the controls makes my hand hurt so i did'nt continue it.

pvp-based? I know one, it's called "Bloodline Champions" completely player skill base. ur character lvl doesn't matter (like o2jam).. even skills are manually pointed (like mirana's arrow)

You can play Aika now if you want but I personally find it poor. I'd recommend you Allods or Dragonica, but you need to have friends or you wont be able to beat bosses and some instances.

Vindictus, Lunia, Atlantica Online, Cabal, Perfect World, Mabinogi, Ragnarok Online, League of Legends, and Silk Road. If you want a sort of GTA-like kind of game ABP Reloaded is pretty fun.

Dragonica, ever tried? It's fun Because it really needs you to be skillful in handling your character and intellectual to deal with pvp situations.

Rising Force Online (RF Online) If you've tried this and you know the pain of how long it takes to level on the normal servers and you feel like you want a better experience try this one:
http://equilibriumgaming.com/ fairly good rates and best of all no duping :3

Only ones I know of are Maplestory, Fiesta, Runescape, World of Warcraft, Mabinogi, and Ragnarok Online. Haven't played a MMORPG in a long time now so they might not be the best... ^-^"

Ive been playing a good amount of Dungeon Fighter Online recently. Its very similar to old arcade beat-em-up games and holds a pretty classic rpg element to it. Level up, upgrade your skills and gear, classes, dungeons, pvp, etc. Its all there. Free to play too :D

Battle of the Immortals was pretty good last time I played it, but the camera is fixed (like diablo except for zoom) so some may not like.
