Hardware maker to permanently terminate console's ability to connect to online service if pirated software, security circumvention device detected.

Sony shall seek no mercy on Hacked PS3 system
Although this will ban only on Hacked PS3 in online services but it won't stop the Piracy
There is Pros and Cons
Pros: Hacked PS3 users will be happy for free games
Cons: They can't download DLC and they can't play Multiplayer, forever Single Player
I wish they could put CD Keys to the Games
Following the PlayStation 3's security breach in January, Sony has aggressively gone after those responsible for releasing the security key that allows people to run unauthorized software on their consoles. The publisher has also been investigating ways in which it plans to deal with the fallout from that opening of the Pandora's box among average gamers, and today, the publisher issued a statement detailing those plans.
