RMA: Pat's Journey for the Philosopher Stone

RMA has arrived at the city of Lior which Zetsubou Alchemist had just left.
Still in a state of chaos from the 'truth' that the Fullmetal Alchemist had brought up..... the townspeople were not of much help. Of course... Zetsubou Alchemist had also left his own mark upon the city....
The townspeople were divided into two new factions... those still devout to father Cornello...and those that have chosen to follow the 'truth'.

With it already near sunset... the RMA decides to look around. Wandering right around the outskirts of the disarrayed town RMA spots an interesting inscription on an ancient wall of some ruins. It seems to be the remnants of an elaborate alchemy circle. From what could be seen... the whole circle if completed could quite possibly reach 8 meters in diameter. Even more interesting is that... lightly underneath this inscription...seems to be an even older inscription. Upon closer inspection it seems to be a map of this continent....
Why would there be a huge map out here? Why did someone decide to inscribe an alchemy circle on this map?

Jotting down these thoughts into his handbook and making a sketch of the circle... the RMA is interrupted.

voice: STOP RIGHT THERE *sounds of tens of guns being raised*
-several silhouettes come out from the dunes of the Lior desert-

Hikari:*sigh* There's nothing to do...

*Christian enters Akira and Misaki's discussion*

Christian: You might wanna try this book. *offers the book he saw* It gives some information on how to create a philosopher's stone. Don't know if it's true or not.

*Sky screamed in his nightmare*

*Someone outside the inn is laughing, watching the group of alchemists*

Akira: *looks at Misaki* I don't really need it, I just want to know why this Philosopher's Stone is very important to all alchemists, because of this stone my father died I want proof that father's life wasn't wasted in finding this stone. *looks at Christian and takes the book* *carefully scans the book* I don't think this is true either, we can try making it, but we still need to find RMA. And if Misaki-san's right we can visit Lior City to search for the stone. *thinks* is Lior City located on the west of this city?

Hikari: *hears the scream* Sky!
Hikari ran into Sky's room.
Hikari: Sky! Are you okay?!

*Christian shows a grim look on his face*

Christian: I'm not frankly sure if it's such a nice idea to be looking for the stone. It's nature lies in carnage and death, we can only hope no one uses it for evil. History must not repeat itself at all costs.

*Christian bade farewell as he went up to his room to have some sleep*

*Arcana was awakened by Sky and was annoyed*

Arcana: CUT THE CRAP OUT!

*She kicks the door open and enters sky's room. She pulls out her wand and fast forwards Sky's sleep*

Arcana: WAKE UP and let others sleep!

Hikari: *shakes Sky* Wake up!!
After seeing that even that won't wake him up, Hikari decides to use more desperate measures. She claps her hands and places them on the floor. The wood disappears and a club rises up.
Hikari: *grabs club* Wake up! *hits him in the stomach with club*

Yuki suddenly woke up, hearing a man's voice she quickly ran towards Sky's room.
Yuki: *looks at Arcana* Mage-oneesan, what are you doing? *looks at Hikari* oneesan! don't do that!

*Arcana rolls her eyes towards Yuki*

Arcana: Help us wake this big cry baby! Can't sleep with all his groaning sounds! ARRGHH!

*Christian peeks into the room and hits his head in annoyance*

Christian: Let the person sleep. He's just having a nightmare, he won't die from just that.

Hikari: *stops in mid-swing* Yuki-chan. *looks down at Sky* ...Okay. *puts away the club*

went to sky's room and found out that sky was dreaming...she grabs the flower vase at bedside pulled off the flower and harshly pour the water on sky's face

Misaki:- Okida AHOU!!!!

*Sky won't wake up, but he's fine by now*

*The girl outside the inn is grinning*

Girl: That's it, Conner. Show them what you really are.

Akira left the library and went to his room, on his way to his room he saw almost everybody gathering near Sky's room.
Akira: What are you all doing here? *with a sleepy voice* *looks at Yuki* Yuki why are you still awake?
Yuki: Sky-san's--
Akira: Go back to your room. *with a cold voice*
Yuki: Y-yes! *goes back to her room*
Akira suddenly notices what he has done.
Akira: *touches his head* Shoot, not again! *turns to his groupmates* I'll retire for today, oyasumi. *bows then left*

Btw, I tried reading the prologue, but the link just pointed me to a discussion that's not RP(Trust me, I know if one is RPing or not).

Short Description on Appearance: Lean body build. Messed up black hair. Red eyes. Black Coat. Black Shoes streamlined with red.
Background: They call him Alkurei. An alchemist utilizing fire and wind with his catalyst called "Viimeinen", a 2m rapier made of strong and magical material. Very enigmatic character - does not reveal anything of his past. He fights unconventionally with the environment against his enemies. He now roams Shamballa looking for something.


"Tch.", sighed Alkurei as he awoke from the loud noise next door in the inn, "Whoever they are, they do not realize that there are others sleeping here too. Someone better shut them up - and may it be me."

Alkurei stood up from his bed and grabbed his coat as he walked outside his room.

Noticing that the door was half-open, he still knocked and calmly said to whoever people there may be inside the room, "I'm not the innkeeper, but could you people quiet down? There are others sleeping here in the inn."

After saying that, he noticed that the guests were state alchemists. He became slightly agitated, but resisted his desires. He said again, "Can we look forward to not being disturbed again?"

Sky: Woah, what a nightmare. Which reminds me, is my father still alive?

*He sits on the rooftop, waiting for others to wake up*

*Christian woke up from bed and left his room to go to the library. He was not satisfied with those information and wants to seek more about the stuff *

Christian: The Philosopher's Stone is somewhat just like an Orihalcon... only better when it comes to the effects. There should be more information about this... but where..."

*He stood there thinking for an answer and decided to find Sky and ask him for extra details*

*While Sky is sitting in the roof, he noticed that someone is watching at him. He ignores it again as he mesmerize his past*

Sky: My, my. I wonder what's happening in my hometown... I miss my pet.

*Sky is depressed*

*Christian goes to the rooftop to ask Sky*

Christian: Hey Kid, are there some other places we can get information about the Philosopher's Stone? Like a central library or something?

*Sky stared at Christian*

Sky: Oh, about the Philosopher's Stone? All I know is, that stone is hard to find. Many alchemist have tried to create one but it cause a lot of pain and loss. And why ask me? I'm a dropout. You can ask me about balancing in mid-air.

*Sky grinned*

*Christian's face turned grim as he noticed a familiar presence hiding somewhere else*

Christian: Try rewinding this and I'll surely beat you up to a pulp.

*Arcana shows herself and is really pissed off*

Arcana: What is it that you have against me? Why are you always spoiling my fun! You want a fight or something!?

*Christian pulls out his sword from his pocket dimension*

Christian: I think it's time to teach you a lesson!

*Sky halted them*

Sky: Now, now... You don't have to make a ruckuz. It's to early and some people sleep at these times. So, why not calm a bit?

*He smiled at them*

Akira noticed that there's someone sitting on the roof. He climbed up.
Akira: *looks at sky* You're awake already? *looks at Christian and Arcana* A fight in this time? May I remind you we're not the only guest here and if you're planning to start the fight I'll not pay for the damages.

*Arcana goes down from the roof. Leaving the three there.

Arcana: Hmpff...

Christian: That girl really needs to learn manners. I'll leave you two here for the meantime. I think I need to talk with that kid.

*Sky chuckles*

Sky: Okay, Christian-dude!

*He shifted his eyes to Akira*

Sky: Christian-dude can pay the damages, y'know? He's a general from a far-away kingdom. So, you're awake dude! I woke up with a stiff neck and stomachache. I wonder what happened last night?

Akira: I was in the library until midnight and when I came back to my room, I saw almost everybody gathering in your room. I wonder what happened, a nightmare perhaps?

*Sky was shocked, he doesn't have a single clue of what happened*

Sky: Nightmare? All I know is I slept well-- Oh yeah. I remember, I had a nightmare but I forgot everything about it.

*Sky scratches his head*

Akira: *laughs* Yuki told me that you almost got hit by a club by Hikari-san, Arcana-san's there too fast forwarding you... it seemed Arcana-san's got really irritated over something.

*Sky is confused, he thought of apologizing to Arcana*

Sky: Hmm... Maybe I did something wrong to her. I should apologize dude. I'll talk to you some other time and we need to leave this place after lunchtime, later dude!

*Sky went down and finds Arcana*

Akira: Sure, I'll stay here for a moment. *sits down*

*Christian finally caught up with Arcana*

Arcana: So you finally came down to settle things huh? Come on, let's have a match somewhere else where there won't be much damage.

Christian: I plan on finishing it without damaging the place. It's about time you respect other people and stop messing up with them.

*Arcana readies her wand and Christian goes on a counter stance*

Arcana: You don't have any right to command me! Who are you anyways!

Hikari: *climbs up on the roof* Hi Akira-kun. *sits down next to him and looks up at the clouds*

*Sky caught up those two arguing*

Sky: Will you cut that out?! What do you think you're doing? And besides what's the point of fighting if you'll end up getting hurt?!

Akira: *looks at Hikari* Hello Hikari-san, why are you here? *looks at the clouds* Do you like the sky perhaps? *smiles*

Arcana and Christian: SHUT UP!

*Arcana conjures a bigger magic circle than normal and Christian was alarmed by this*

Christian(murmuring): No way... *Lets down his guard* the family emblem...

Arcana(chanting): Der Zahn der Zeit, ein Blitz aus heiterem Himmel! Zeitableiter! Translation: [The ravages of time, a bolt from the blue; a bolt out of the blue! Time Arrester!]

*Christian was hit by the high level time magic and was frozen in time*

Arcana: Serves you well.

*Sky sat beside a tree, away from the two*

Sky: Maybe they need force in order to settle things. Oh well, they can't help it.

*Sky takes another nap beside the big tree*

Hikari: *smiles* It calms me down.

*Christian was thinking about stuff as he was standing there doing nothing. He was frozen in time after all*

Christian: I remember being frozen in time like this before. Oh, well... might as well tolerate that girl for the meantime. It's quite shocking to learn that spoiled brat is my grand daughter.

*Christian focused himself and tried to shake things off. He was able to get away from spell and started walking back to the inn*

Arcana: *surprised* He was able to get out from that one so easily!?

Christian: Don't be so surprised kid. Anything can happen, especially when you use a power from it's ancestral source. Your mother is a vendrasyl right? Don't bother asking.

Arcana: How did you know my mother's surname!?

Christian: Not a big deal, I know everything. Now to rest before leaving town. *laughs*

Akira: I see... *stands* Well then, I have to make the final preparations before leaving the town. See you... *went down the roof*

Hikari: *sighs* Okay. *whispers under her breath* The Philosopher's Stone, huh? *continues to watch the clouds*

*Arcana was bothered by Christian's words and tried to wake up Sky*

Arcana: Hey Pervert! *Kicks Sky* Wake up!

Akira: *walking through the halls* There's someone watching me.
Yuki: Oniichan! *runs over to her brother*
Akira: What is it?
Yuki: I want to eat breakfast.
Akira: Alright, let's go to the dining room. Whoever you are stop watching me, it's getting annoying.
Yuki: Arigato, oniichan!
Akira and Yuki went to the dining room to eat.

The door was slammed right into his face!

Alkurei(to himself): Someone needs to teach them manners. I am looking for something, but those who seem fit of punishment must receive it. I'll leave them...for now.

Alkurei retired to his room, his hand still aching from the incident.

Sky: W-what? Did you kicked Christian's ass already?

*He stands up as he talked to Arcana*

Akira was passing by Misaki's room when he heard her voice.
Akira: *leans on the wall* We can't, sky's missing.

xiety: ughh no more screen time for zetsubou *crying*

Rei and Kai noticed someone sneaking up on them. It was just a dog.

Kai:Look Rei its a dog! Com'ere doggy!

Rei:Careful Kai this is a dangerous place. That might not be normal dog....

Kai:How could he not be a normal dog?! He soooo cute!!!

As the dog moves out of the shadows it revealed its horrendous body. It was a hybrid chimera that had a head of a dog and a body of a lion and it had a scorpion tail for a tail.


Kai:Waaaa! Oh my god! Its a chimera!!

*Kai uses a ground changing alchemy to make a rock cage for the chimera*

*Chimera growls and continues growling*

Kai:Eeek! That was close! Seems this might be the place where the chimera that killed our sensei might come from. I notice it has the same feathers on its hind legs that are almost the same to the one in the academy.

Rei:...Yeah seems like it... We were wrong attacking Misaki.

Kai:*Sighs* Guess we have to apologize when we get out of here and go back to central. Well Rei lets start searching for the exit or maybe we might run into sensei's killer pretty soon.

Rei:...Youre right but i gotta take a sample of the water from the waterfall...

*Rei takes a bottle and fills it with the alchemic water*

Kai:Come on lets go!

Alkurei(to himself): This one seems to have manners, too. That state alchemist girl is the only rude amongst their group, I see.

Alkurei(to Akira and Christian): I guess it is an etiquette to introduce myself to you two. They call me Alkurei. If I may ask, who is this "sky" you speak of? I may be able to help you find him.

Christian: Oh, Akira. sky's outside sleeping underneath a tree. Oh, nice to meet you Mr. Alkurei and by the way, sky is Mr. Conner.

Then a girl suddenly appeared. She was from last night! She hurried and dragged Akira to the outside and left.

Alkurei(to himself): Seems like she's still immature.

He then turned to Christian. Alkurei had a serious look on his face.

Alkurei: You're... not from around here, right.

*Christian looks at Alkurei*

Christian: You might need to pardon her for that too. Not, all people are the same afterall. If you may excuse me, I'll be sleeping now.

Akira: *looks at Misaki* Alright, let's find him.

Alkurei: Perhaps so. Sorry If I had to ask that. And... She still seems too immature. I can't believe they let people like her become state alchemists so easily. I will be going too, it was nice to make your acquaintance.

With that, he nodded his head, and left.

Akira suddenly notices Misaki's cough.
Akira: *stops* *looks at Misaki* Are you okay?
Yuki: Oniichan!
Akira: Yuki, I have a favor to ask, can you go ahead and find Sky? He's under a tree.
Yuki: Ok, oniichan. *leaves to find sky*
Yuki suddenly saw Sky and Arcana.
Yuki: Sky-san! I think oniichan is looking for you.

*Sky shushed Yuki*

Sky: We're having a conversation here. Please don't interfere. I'll be there after I finish talking with Arcana.

Yuki nodded, then left.
Yuki: Oniichan, I know where Sky-san is, he told me that he'll catch up later.
Akira: Ok, arigato Yuki. *looks at Misaki* Misaki-san, are you okay? Maybe you should rest for awhile.

*Arcana sits down beside Sky, but still keeps distance*

Arcana: Just this once OKAY? So, tell me about it.

*Sky nods*

Sky: Well, he told me once... He wants to find her long lost granddaughter. Maybe he has some signs proving that she's his granddaughter. Maybe he saw in on you. Do you have any connections to a royal family or something?

*Sky stared Arcana, he's willing to listen*

*The shopping district is just near the inn, a girl was waiting for the shops to open*
