Suggestion is an option to list series by how many people have marked as favorite or as recommend. (all series without any other search criteria)
I think this used to be an option before the site redesign, a most viewed and highest rating etc. button somewhere.
As for the recommend option hehe I can't find it. It's part of the stats that show in the sig generator but I have not found a button anywhere to select it.
Could be just me, I tend to run my browser very locked down on what can be shown.
