Are you guys waiting for the launch of Guild War 2 ? Haha, tell here how you want that game so badly!

The graphics are awesome and I can't wait to play it!! (First time to play guild wars though) xD

I am. I only wanted the game badly is because the new skills and combo skills. Yet I wanted to try out other races, instead of having different professions right now in GW. The graphic looks so nice and the map too. Hoping GW2 will show all the professions so I can figure out what classes I wanted to start out first.

I can't wait for it to come out! I've been playing for about 3-4 years now. I want to know how the new races are, and try out the new combat system. I heard that it is very tactical and different than other MMORPGs. For example, each class can play different roles, such as a healing/support ele or a defensive monk. Very exciting. But does anyone know the release date/season for this game?

Um, well, I did it last month. I got up to 21/50. Right now, I'm just being lazy and not farming up brotherhood for my heroes right now lol. So I'm just waiting for GW2 for now.

It depends how fast they can get it done. Cause, they need to release a demo version of GW2 so we can beta-test it and report any missing bugs. Well, some people that went to the GW2 event like PAX..etc, pretty much they tried the game already. ArenaNet sats GW2 will be release by at the end of 2011, or maybe around 2012. Still need to work on 4 more professions? Mesmer is coming up soon.

I am really really really excited for this game! It looks outstanding from what I've seen. I haven't played the first guild wars,
but I've played a few other MMORPGS. The graphics on this game are quite something, and the sylvarie race is really intriguing.
You guys should check out some of the videos on IGN.

It's supposed to come out late 2011, but i wouldn't be surprised if it comes out in 2012. ArenaNet didn't give out an official release date because they didn't want to be pressured into finishing it at a certain time and not make the game as good as it possible can be.

I really don't like spending money on games, I usually just play free ones, but for this one, I will without a doubt pay for it!

I was actually quite psyched after seeing the preview at Gamescon :3 Ive played GW since release and it just feels stale. Im looking forward to GW2 quite a bit actually

I still play GW but the PvE gets old pretty fast.
It used to be that you can combine skills to make work well together... BUT of course ANET thought skills like that were overpowered.
So what do they do? They nerf it to hell. This makes build making a lot less fun because its more like putting picking 8 good skills instead of making a good build out of 8 normal skills, especially for monks.

PvP gets old because people just spam meta builds.

Its almost impossible to get a set of 8 in PvE, especially for worthwhile PvE like dungeons. And getting a team of 12 for the Fractions Elite Missions is once in a blue moon. Even if you get a full team its usually filled with noobs with a terrible build.
Most of the time you go around with your 7 heros because they are better than the average player doing: Target -> spam skills (can basically be randomly) -> Repeat Until you reach Objective


I hope they make GW2 a lot more interactive than spamming 8 skills when they recharge.
Also make it much more rewarding for killing noobs instead of always having to work together with them.

I played GW and practically bought all of them including the EoTN expansion. I totally can't wait for GW2. They had a playable demo booth at the SDCC this year and it was amazing.
