Like we saw , Hunter X Hunter have stopped in the manga (anime finished after the Final OVA Greed Island)
I dont know but I heard rumor that the writer is dead and his wife wrote the last chapters of the manga that have been released time ago , I'm not sure of this.
Could anyone Conform it please if you can?
Also if there is possibility that someone is going to continue after the last writer any news about HxH (Hunter X Hunter)is appreciated and thanks :)

I've read up on this for you. Apparently, he's still alive and kicking, it's just that he chooses when to go on hiatus and doesn't have a quota to feel with his editor. So if he doesn't feel like writing, he doesn't. If he does, he will. For instance, in 2006, he only wrote 4 chapters that I've noticed.

I'm pretty sure hes alive, if he died I would have heard of it
He has had health problems though and its noticeable in the quality of some of the past chapters (slop-sided wheels on trucks...)

I was in dismay when the author stopped writing for a good year or more and gave up all hope
But he made a couple of new chapters so I was really relieved and check back often to see if there is a new one out
