Gintama is the best! Everyone should give it a chance and try it, but you have to watch past episode 5...front may be a little sloppy but it gets better...

Without a doubt Cat Soup, that anime has barely a plot to speak of, but it's really entertaining, and it can be a teensy bit disturbing at times.
trying to explain it would be trying to explain the meaning of the universe to a racoon with down syndrome
So watch it yourself, and you'll see what I mean

But if I would consider it as "craziest" Bokusatsu Tenshi Dokuro-Chan would be the most insane.

I suppose SYD, otherwise known as Seitokai Yakuindomo, because of all the sexual references. It's quite random, how they manage to link everyday life to sex.

One of the most random series that I have seen lately is Mahou Shoujo Madoka Magica. Only one episode has been released as of yet but I'm intrigued by what I've seen so far. Everything appears ordinary (aside from the stylized modern settings) yet the beautifully crafted music, simultaneously moody and haunting, suggests that something sinister is going on. There are also certain . . . hallucinogenic-type sequences . . . that make me wonder what drug the animators were taking when they created them :D

I'd go with Fooly Cooly, Bobobo bobobo, or mostly Mistudomoe. Mistudomoe is so darn perverted and random, and I just have so much fun watching it. I can't wait till they finish the Mistudomoe series. Also, Fooly Cooly may be strange, but they sure do know how to make a fight scene look awesome.

I sometimes say 'huh? where did this come from?' - but they are all cool to watch.
