^ Same. And since watching anime made me learnt japanese I often translate almost every single english/chinese word I heard or read without even knowing it. o_O;

I'm reading fansubs for over 6 years know..
.to such an extend that everything needs sub for me..
..even thought I know what they're talking about..
...I always want subs to be there..
....if possible..
.....or else it isn't like it should..
..thought I won't really read them..
...just want them

The Tv thing never happened to me before... Its just:
1. I forgot what TV is so I used our Sony TV as a computer monitor soooo i have forgotten what TV's main use is XD
2. I listen to anime music only no more exception even though im not understanding it so my classmates say that I'm different XD

I haven't really had a problem where the english turns into japanese but if i watch a raw anime or if i hear japanese i can translate it in my mind...that or if i hear people talking in japanese (Exchange students who come to our school every year) it just sounds natural.

I can't say that I have.

But I understand what you mean.
It's like a side-effect after you try assembling a jigsaw puzzle with over 1000 pieces for an entire day.
I did that once and when I finally finished and went outside for some fresh air, patterns could be seen on the objects that I saw.
That time I was completely amazed to why I started seeing puzzle-like pattern all over the place.

LOL. I have not experience that kind of side effect but sometimes I have a hobby to look downward of the screen tv waiting for the subtitles. I also sometimes say japanese words in random time and situations.

Same here but rather random japanese words on situation and time, I intend to use some japanese terms when I felt to.

Hahaha... that must have been weird for you right, I mean thinking that your own language is weird.
That 24 hours of anime watching must have taken a total on you...XP

AShadeOfGrey's post is pretty interesting though. 2 friggin days to make your sense a bit weezy to not recognize English is really something.
*sighs, I wish those kinds of things happened to me... T.T

I can't really say if that happened to me,

But when I was staring at the Computer or simply just using the Computer for 24+ Hours, when I suddenly noticed that our phone was ringing, then I stood up and answer it. then it somehow was normal, like no one was calling. weird, and when I sat back again, I heard it again. My mind is playing tricks on me XD

SAME HERE~!! Though no. 1 is quiet different, yes I've forgotten about TV because everyday I'm facing the monitor of my computer. Since we got computer, I never watched TV for a long time again.. maybe, but only for news. XDDD

The only thing I noticed after watching soo much anime is, when watching english dub that still has english sub... I can't stop myself from reading the subs even if I understand the dub.
