You can use Alltoavi, as well as Super converter and total converter. Pls check the thread "How to upload" it gives all the details along with links to where you can download the converters.

Format Factory....this is the best to use converter if you dont know much on converting~ but it also has options that can be changed if you do know more...
if you're more techy you might wanna use bencos if you want to make an mp4 vid~ since it can make a 700mb file around 250 mb @_@

I suggest Total Video Converter Ultimate >.<
It contains almost all of the video conversion you need, and is fairly easy to use.
Select the file you want to convert, select what you want to convert it into, CONVERT it, then wait.

Very easy to use. It can change/convert the format of any kind of media from video to music.
Have fun.

Hmmm, many already suggested Format Factory, Bencos, or Total Video Converter... So just to add a new one to the list try this one: Xvid4PSP 5.0... Incredibly easy to use, everything is set, just input your video and change its output. Covers almost every video format including Blu-ray format, MKV, AVI, 3GP, MP4.
~For MKV's with subs, just use MKV Cleaver (or the like) to extract the subs, then input it to Xvid4PSP. That should do it.
