in what i read, the sequel will not be around in for another 2 years.. announced by Capcom on September 14, 2010, they say the movie will be out sometime in 2012.. both sony and capcom is in to making this CGI Film into a 3D animated adventure.. i guess there is no holiday for Leon, huh!, because this time he's in europe kicking some more zombies..

A sequel you say... sounds great.
'Degeneration' was an excellent addition to the Resident Evil movies, it really does justice for the game.
Lets all expect something amazing when this film is released in 2012... what, 2012!!!!!!!!!!! Are you friggin kidding me!!

Shoot, if its going to take that long to make then it better be one heck of a sequel.
I expect cooler scarier monsters and at least a a hot supporting character.

I saw Resident Evil Afterlife at the movies this year... The first horror movie I ever watched at the cinema... (I'm more into romantic comedies and funny movies T.T) It was... fascinating... and kinda scary... The sounds are a hundred times louder and more frightening :S

Maybe I'll try and watch the 3D version......
