We have to consider OS's budget and server size. Indeed having OS host anime OST will be neat, but think about the costs that would be incurred to upgrade the server and bandwidth size. Yea I know the donations are very successful, but the site can still be improved, and before the site is fully prepared, I do not think that OS will host anime OST yet. (emphasis on 'yet')

Gendou would be a good site to find anime songs. You can download it easily if you know how and if you have some resources.
