what do you think the best manga is =o?
i just started the Sekirei anime its good so far.
I think the best Manga for me so far was Rave Master.

Best I've ever read was Jing: King of Bandits.

Others I loved and highly recommend are Vagabond, Maison Ikkoku and Rozen Maiden.

Most likely, I tihnk Fairy tail is better for the sole reason that the characters are so wacked... but they do have a lot in common more than just Plue :D

action-based (which i think is better as an anime) would be either fairy tail or naruto or bloody monday (thats more suspence)

your right, too many good manga to choose from. ill nominat skip beat and ubell blatt. bleach manga is a bit disappointing nowadays >.> dont know why, maybe its just me or the chapters too short n the fighting keeps getting cut here and there.

I have high hopes for Defense Devil though.

Its a good manga. funny and sometimes a little sweet. it updates every 2 weeks so you get a lot of chapters ( not as many as bleach/naruto though)

There isnt one best. There are best in different genres but never a single one beats all. Like for me Fairy Tail or One Piece > Naruto. Cause Naruto is getting boring and kinda repetitive. Naruto chases after sasuke he gets stronger and finds sasuke only for him to get away again cause naruto loses causes he is weak and repeat.

I'd have to say Skip Beat (it has everything I like and more. each character has a unique quality that s somewhat different from other characters i've seen before. plus I love the demon surrounding kyoko and her sweet yet twisted personality. it's also fun to se her ignorant of how great she is) {^_^}

they have great storyline's
and pandora heart's for some reason reminds me of a very twisted wonderland..
and air gear reminds me of trust and freedom o.o

Mystery Wise: Bloody Monday no contest.. Detective Conan is good but i mean its sorta repeative and after the first few hundred chapters i cant find good quality scandilations and it sorta gets repeative really fast

Action Wise: Bleach has the best battles while there are other mangas that are partically action but have a way better storyline in my opinion

Romance/Comedy Wise: The world only god knows is so aweesome

Romance/action Wise: To love ru (sorta not action tho)

Romance/School Life Wise:Suzuka and Ichigo 100% are pretty close to each other at the top

i gotta say naruto because a lot of the other mangas contain a lot of eye candy (actions, etc.) and static pics don't seem to do them much justice FMA i feel is the perfect example. Awesome manga but with the fights, seems like it needs video and colour. Naruto though has some eye candy that looks good in the manga but it's a lot more about the story. another one that i prefer as anime is bleach, but i just don't have the patience for fillers!!!

Except that "Noblesse" isn't manga. Like the poster below you stated, it's a webcomic.

Anyway, I only found a few good answers in here. I didn't even see someone post "Real" and "Vagabond" although I'm quite glad someone answered with "Blade and the Immortal" and "Berserk". ^_^

And it seems "Shin Angyo Onshi" is very much underrated in these corners of the internet. *sighs* Oh well...
