I don't know if this game is original, but I'll name it anyway. XD
AVICH CHRONICLES

Avich, a prince from the Otaku Kingdom, lost his memory due to a strange incident that happened after the streaming overload in the OS Kingdom. In order to regain his memory, Jbluey, the Kingdom's admin, sent his favorite member, [your name], to travel from one alternate episode to another to collect fragments of Avich's memory. However, even if Avich regains his memory, he will eventually forget his romantic memories with you. What a predicament! And now the journey begins...
GAME MECHANICS:
The game master is going to specify a scene(avich's memory) in a certain anime(another dimension). You have to take a screen shot of that scene in the anime and you will also need to provide the details about what episode it was found and its exact video time. Example:

The first one who can provide the screenshot wins.
GAME RULES:
-anyone can participate
-No double submission
-No editing of submission(your original submission is your final submission)
-You can post as long as it is related to the game.
-you need to provide the screenshot, the episode number and video time to win. Any lack of any of this requirements will not be accepted.
-First poster who provides the 3 requirements win.

To those who can provide the screenshot first will have the honor to wear this medal. But here's the catch, there can be only one Avich Chronicle medal. So for every memory(screenshot) retrieved, the medal goes to the one who won. IF you won the first round and lost in the second, you will lose the medal. If you have a streak, the level of the medal increases.
EDIT: I decided to take zacs suggestion. Who ever reaches a streak of 5 will have their own chronicle with their own medal.
