my loudest anime character is definitely luffy. he's so----LOUD, but not annoying or something. ussop is also a loud one, but sometimes i do find him annoying and stupid.

I have never heard of most of the people you guys have listed, so I have to go with my own experience. I would have to say Vegeta and Piccolo are two of the loudest I have ever encountered. Ichigo (Bleach), and Edward (FMA) can both be pretty loud when they want to be as well.
