Share a dream that you remember

Here's a snippit out of one of my dreams:

initiate dream recount: ...I was flying around a gas station, and then i suddenly saw my dad fueling his car. I went next to him. The next thing I know, I'm in an airport with a swimming pool. Confused, I ask my dad, "Dad, am I dreaming?" He answers, "That's right."...

I dreamed that there was a murderer in my town. He would kill the people and then chop them into pieces and leave them in, like, a box or trunk or something along those lines. Then, he'd leave the body in a place where the closest person to the murder victim would find them first. I was part of the team trying to catch him, I think, or I was just observing a person trying to solve the case.

The dream shifted at one point. There was a string of suicides, except they really weren't suicides. The killer would kill the person in such a way that it looked like suicide, but he would purposely leave something slightly off so that only someone really close to the person would be able to tell that it wasn't a suicide. One of my friends in the dream listened to her iPod all the time, and I knew the kinds of songs she listened to. Then, I and some cops (don't know why they were there already) found her car in my driveway, and when we opened the door, she had killed herself. However, I saw that she was listening to a song that she'd never listen to (IE, it wasn't even supposed to be on her iPod) and she was using earbuds, which she never used because they hurt her ears. So we had to figure out which of the recent suicide cases were actually murder cases and go from there to find the killer.

Wow, that's a scary dream; it sounds more like a plot for a tv show or book.

I think that's what made it interesting instead of horrific to me. I usually have dreams like that. They almost always have plots and are more like living a novel than having a strange dream.

well one of the dreams i had that i actually remember was:
I was in my old house, in the living room and sunlight was shining though the window
I walk to the light, start floating....
then I wake up... that dream was one i remember because i had that dream a few times when i slept

I dont have any interesting ones, but my mum told me this once and I use it as a form of inspiration.

Apparently she had this re-occurring dream where she would be constantly chased my this bull and would wake up shouting or bathed in sweat and terrified (she was also very timid as a kid) Anyway this went on for sometime and she realised she was hardly getting any sleep, so one day she made up her mind she was going to stop the bull and one night instead of running, she turned around, grabbed the bull by its horns and twisted its head and broke its neck.

Bit drastic, but she never had that dream again.

So she always taught us that to follow the famous adage of "grab the bull by its horns" or in other words - confront your fears and if there is something that is following you like a bad conscience, spill the beans and get it over with :1:

When I was young, I had a dream that I had a power. I don't exactly remember what it is, I think telekinesis. To activate this power, I just put my hand in my pocket and then I can do whatever I want, like fly or move objects. But as the dream progressed, I lost the ability and I felt so frustrated to have lost the best thing in the world. Then when I woke up, I tried using the power by putting my hand in my pocket but realized that it was just a dream.. Ahh reality is suck a b*tch.

When I was a little kid I had this dream almost every night.

I'm on a train but it isn't an ordinary train it's extremely wide, size wise more like a lounge in an airport. I'm playing around when a huge lion spots me and starts chasing me around, however people dosn't do anything it's like they don't even notice it...

mine was... I was in my appartment in Japan I see nemisis but no zombies. My Family was not there I have no Gun's so When nemisis ran I run as fast as I can and suddenly Roof top is my dead end. I found a chopper but I dont know how to operate it. When nemisis comes and then sees me He suddenly run and I dodge it and when I look back nemisis was gone(?) One dream I had a couple years ago that I still vividly remember...

Me and my family were on a road trip, we were down in California for the summer, and we were in some town I didn't recognize. The people in the town were throwing a party, and my family got involved and started having fun. I was disinterested, and wandered away. I found myself at some fence, and I decided to jump over it. When I landed on the other side, there were some people hanging out, and among them was my crush. We had a sudden moment of recognition, and she jumped up and gave me the biggest hug. We chatted mindlessly about this and that, we wandered around town, and eventually past some parking structure where some kids were playing with remote control cars.

That was when I woke up. I felt warm for the rest of the day as if someone had actually given me a big hug.

One morning, I woke up and prayed. I wished to have a great day. I started my day with a smile. Then my brother even greeted me a good morning which is so seldom. As I expected, so many fun things happened at school. I thought that that day will end as great as the beginning. But when I arrived home, I saw a big crowd, I was so confused that I don't know what to do. I rushed inside our house only to find that my brother's in a coffin surrounded by candles. In front of it was my mom. She's crying. Everyone was mourning. That's when I woke up. I'm soooooo surprised and sad that I cried a lot. Well I love my brother so much even if we often have little fights. SOOOOOOO MUCH.

For some friggin reason I've been having nightmares and blank dreams lately. I can't even remember the last time I had a good dream where I don't die.
Here's another one of my jacka** nightmares:
I see myself in my bed then I get up and see around my room. I hear sounds outside my door and decides to open it. It was still morning outside so I didn't get scared. I open the door but then everything turns dark and the only thing I see is a green light on the other side of the door. I like green so it must be okay to see what it is, as I open the door the knob gets cold and my hand gets stuck like it was glued to it. The door then moves by itself as it opens up showing the green light that I was humbly attracted to. I feel something grab my arm then feel something else behind me.
A type of breathing was what I felt on my neck but no one was there so I took my attention to the green thing again..... Unfortunately I woke up.

I never did know what the heck was that green thing but red eyes was the last thing I remembered seeing.

i was being stalked by someone, he was following me around, even rented the room opposite of mine so that he can watch me all the time. i was soo scared at the time and as a solution,i married my best friend so that the stalker would stop.

I dreamt I was sitting on a couch in the middle of my sophmore year history class. My friend kept pouring shots and offering them to me and I kept gladly taking them.. although I just wanted to sit on the couch.

Last night was rare though, in that I am aware I had a dozen different dreams (or just one long shapeshifting one) and there were all kinds of scenes... I was sitting in the rain kissing my boyfriend who leaves tomorrow goodbye, which was romantic... then I was in my house keeping an eye on HUGE COLORFUL, even decorative evil spiders crawling around the floor so my brother could catch them... then I was watching something like a gory soap opera where the tearful, pretty woman was confessing to the neighbor who is a lawyer that she just killed a man... then my best friend and I were stuck in some horrible hotel-turned-maze-of-doom like something you'd see out of a video game and we were being constantly patroled by grimreapers who were our wardens. also, somehow in the dream my dog who has been very sick in real life was wandering around and my best friend decided the most human way to 'take her out of her misery' was to break her jaw. which didn't do anything but make her look at me with such sad eyes. It was horrible! Looking back on them, my dreams started out well and just went on a downward spiral from there. Geeeez.

However: last week I had a dream that inspired me to actually write a play. It's like a 10 or 15 minute long script. But it's funny :D

The dream was like a reality. I had my own pikachu and we did nothing but travel. The weird part was that there was no one else in my dream except my pikachu. i can always remember my dream..
the most unforgettable was when i was a child. i dream the i was in a place like a castle, but not a castle. but medieval times.
after that it went dark. i was chased by a shadow. i ran so fast that i went inside this tunnel but im always brought back to where i was before i was chased. there was also a carriage that is moving around to get people that was left but i cant ride the carriage. when i woke up. i was so afraid. until now. i dont know the meaning of my dream.

This might sound a little crazy, but at one point i dreamed i was in the world of Splinter Cell: Conviction and gunning down mercenaries who all looked like the emotionless face used in Zero Punctuation vids. The weirdest thing about it? I was actually kicking ass. I'm nearsighted and hate guns, why would i suddenly morph into an unstoppable badass?
Mind you those are the only details of the dream i easily recall. There is another dream i could recount, but i think i'll restrict it to the description of what happens when you play Mass Effect and Silent Hill 2 one after the other. That was one ****ed up dream...

When I was a kid (7 years old) I saw a distorted world. I was walking alone in some desert-like arid lands and the sky was filled with tombstones, it was an inverted graveyard in the clouds. On the ground there were withered trees everywhere, and they had creepy faces on their branches. In front of me there was a man wearing black clothes, but I couldn't see his face, and he was pointing to the ominous sky, when I saw what he was pointing there was blood raining far in the distance and corpses began falling down nearby me.

Dreams really do feel like reality it scares you to death if its a nightmare and it lifts you to heaven if it's a sweet dream. :D

As for me, for some reason I've been dreaming different scenes wherein I'm being targeted, I know the plan of my enemy and yet I'm powerless above all my family is always at stake. Here's one of those dreams I can't forget.
It was in my high school days, I kinda dreamed about demons a number of times and its scaring me to death as to why. o_0
In my dream, it was in our school CR then two devils were in the room including me, they were like recruiting me... XD and they want me to join them and follow them to somewhere. I was scared to death and all I could do is stand then they showed me what was happening outside. Everything was in chaos. The bodies of water were black and there was a black hole somewhere and my family was about to be pulled to that black hole. I forgot what course of action I did but in my mind (inside the dream) I was planning to join them until I rescue my family.

And then after that I woke up 0_0

Well one of the weirdest dream i ever got was this: I was walking in a pitch-black background, scared and almost tearing, then i saw my grandmother riding a huge long neck dinosaur toy and pick me up XDD that was when i was 6 years old... and i still remember even after more than 10 years XDD

I take the wings and jump out of the window. I start falling up and after a while i start waving the wings, which makes me fly down. The earth opens and i continue my flight.
