Something needs to be done about this its getting worse and worse every day it took me 3hrs to get in tonight and when i finaly did there was only 145 ppl logged in there is something seriously wrong there

It could be anything at this point like a hardware, software, load balancing issue, etc. I wonder if any of this has to do with a possible hardware failure, which would require more people to donate to replace or upgrade. Well more people need to donate anyways and not just the same people every month. Someone will probably make an announcement once the problem is figured out. Until then we just gotta stick it out and let JB and the crew work their magic.

I had to refresh 4-5 times until server load is gone lol but right now, it's worth the wait 'cos i have nothing to do (while on holiday that is).

There is one method I do to determine if there is a server overload.

By the time I got online, I open a tab to see the shoutbox...then go do the things I usually do here at OS(in a separate tab). Once I notice that this server load occur, I'm gonna look at the sb and then press enter to it....If the messages of member is not on there then server load is currently happening. This is the method when I am experiencing server overload... Then about this server load....it's seems becoming more slower everyday and it is really annoying. Hope that this one to be fix fast.

Well it is not like it is a huge problem, you'll just have to refresh a couple of times. The only really annoying thing is when have written a really long post, press post quick reply and then *BAM* You get the server overload message and you messages is forever lost (unless you remembered to ctrl+c before posting)

The server overload huh....
Its one topic that doesn't go unnoticed.
Increasing the bandwidth of the server would cost some huge amounts of money but it will solve the problem.

Most of the time when I'm about to make a post thats six lines long it vanishes due to the overload..... its such a frikkin hassle to type all of it again.
it also goes for when I'm streaming anime, I gotta wait a few minutes until i can log back in so I can continue watching an episode... T.T

jade it is a massive problem there in no way shape or form should ther be server overload with only 145 people connected i have seen over 1000 conected before with no problems
