It alllll started back in the days of after finishing the fourth anime I had ever seen (which happened to be Haruhi Suzumiya), which I had watched no thanks to Lucky Star, just so I could understand more of the references.

I was looking up Keroro Gunsou so that I could understand a few more of the references in Lucky Star, and I stumbled across qweewq's channel on Youtube (otakuq here on OS). He had 106 episodes up which was a lot more than anyone else could boast, so I began watching.

I got hooked on that anime, and eventually decided to check out the other anime he had up (at that time, K-on was still up and unlicensed, so that was the first target). I got hooked on pretty much any anime I saw there, so I subscribed and pretty much devoured any anime he put up on youtube (very good ones).

Not long ago (like half a month) I was reading the description box at the side of his channel. His mission is "to infect as many people with the o-virus as he can". Pretty much making anime addicted zombies who can't physically function without anime (yes, I acknowledge that I have gotten to that point, pretty sure.)...

So I commented on his channel saying "I think I have that O-virus you speak of", to which he replied "victim #53." He recommended I check this place out, so I did, and made my name OVirus53, as sort of an ironic tribute to me giving in to this anime fever I got.

Interesting tale eh? Normally I'd go by Red Monty, which is a running naming joke I have in Final Fantasy games. I name the main character Monty, and my favorite color is red.
