Hey there
Well first of all I think I speak FOR all when I say that the collection of poetry and limericks were amazing and of the finest calibre ... so Thank you and Congrats every one who participated!!
Secondly - I am an idiot (Baka) because I didn't realise that the whole concept of medals didnt move with everything else from old OS to new OS, so with deepest apologies I have to tell you there will be no medal to the winner.
Additionally since we simply couldn't decide on one entry - they were all so good, we came up with the top 10 best - given in no order of preference
OVirus53 (Very good description of the anime)
Once there was a boy named Ranma,
Who traveled around with a panda.
A secret did unfurl--
He turned into a girl
Whenever doused in cold water,
But turned back when it was hotter!
To make matters worst,
His father had forced
Him into an engagement,
By previous arrangement,
To an "uncute tomboy"
Who was not a bit coy
Of punching his face
Whenever he disturbed her space!
Juuri (Like the originality on this one)
In the cold and the rain of the night,
stands a powerful Lord waiting outside.
He looks up to the darkend sky and starts to think,
Why do I feel empty, like a cherry blossom that lost its pink?
She jumped in the well and went away,
I feel it strongly and it hurts me, much to my dismay.
What is it about her that makes my heart beat faster?
Is it how she looks at my brother when my beast rages in disaster?
I want her eyes only fixed solely on me,
when she does, I feel as if my soul has been set free.
However that is just a secret wish from a person like me,
she already loves somebody as any blind fool would see.
But stil deep down in my demon heart I silently wish,
to prove to the gods that I am the person that will seal her destiny with a immortal kiss

They will let the bloodless bleed,
but crushed by the Hollow's dark matter
strong shields will eventually shatter,
Now, as the light fades,
devoured by heretic shades
will the hero rise again?

Are you capable of withstanding the strongest zero?
This, the worlds fate will decide,
and everyone shall abide.

Who tries to pin a different kin into battles of sin
A boy stumbles onto the scene of a battle in which he shouldn?t intervene
A kiss will bewinge and let her powers unhinge
Like an angle she soars with her fists raised and heavenly roars
Not one or four, but five of these angles he hide
Immensely bliss is his when places his kiss is placed upon their lips
Followed by pain he obtain when he gets whacked in the head by the akuma from whom he fret
when she lunges with her frying pan raised it is not unlike a deadly mace
No peace is found with the disciplinary squad around
all hell breaks loose when their leaders loses one of her screws
The creed be forgotten ends with a terrible deed
Try to escape and your destiny you meet at the end of a bloody sword indeed

Reminiscing what happened on my life
Looking up to the sky as the raindrops flow to my face
All I see was the vast black clouded sky
Going through this thick fog of thoughts
I?m surrounded by this silhouette of darkness in my heart
How long should I stay in this dark cold nightmare?
Do I have a right to wish for a small spark of light?
As I lay hopeless and alone
You came to me like an angel spreading her wings
As I release all my emotions and grudges in this world
You caress me and said ?Don?t worry, I?ll be by your side?
A word that I never expected to come
A word that never exist in my dictionary
Tears flow down from my eyes
My ice cold heart begin to melt
I said to myself that I should the one who must protect you
But instead, I?m the one who?s been protected and saved
I?m really thankful that you?re here
You give me a reason to live and that?s to live for you
I will never let darkness envelopes you
Because I don?t want you to experience the hard times I?ve felt
I will protect that smile that gives me enormous strength

A failed knight,
a broken princess,
is what this story holds.
The two of them met,
lest we forget,
at an old railroad.
she was looking at the sky
as birds flew by,
and then their eyes did meet.
though time was short,
he had been caught,
and set this tale a turning.
but what he didnt know,
was that tragedy would grow,
and steal his happy days.
cause her memory does fade,
with the passing of each day,
and she begins each day anew.
to write a book,
was all that it took,
to make her dream come true.
but once it was made,
she wanted the words to fade,
to free him from her chains.
She removed him from her life,
and it cut him like a knife,
for he had fallen in love.
his heart did break,
as the cruel hands of fate,
make her remove the pages.
through all the lies,
the tears in their eyes,
can she see the truth ???
that he is her knight,
though his armour isnt bright,
all he wants is to help her.
through the power of love,
and maybe the heavens above,
she then does remember.
the chains do break,
the memories awake,
and together they will stay.
so though memory does fade,

[E] very corner I find a steel spider ornament.. Excel in hunting us rebels;they are called the "Testaments"..

[D] ark suited Hero he calls himself Adam Blade.. Looked me in the eye and said "NEVER BE AFRAID!"..
[L] ooking up I saw explosions.. Why didn't he come in the earlier moments?..
[E] ventually I followed him to his church.. I didn't want to be left in the lurch..
[S] hapeshifter Eve Neuschwanstein is his partner.. Professor Rikudo is introduced as his father..
[S] o I joined them in their quest for power.. First, is to take down the Simeon Tower..

A poor girl disliked her school one day,
But it was cheap so she decided to stay.
She worked hard to change this school,
Putting girls first was her main rule.
But she had a secret she held dear,
And didn?t want her school to ever hear,
She was poor, and had bills you see. . .
So she worked as a maid out of necessity.
Not a maid in a house like most today?
No, this young girl worked in a maid cafe.
Then a boy found out her secret by chance,
And started to feel the pull of romance.
He liked her more than she?d ever know,
So seeds of love he started to sow
But she?s hard of head where love is concerned?
His true feelings may NEVER be discerned.

At first, mere existence didn't matter,
then he came back with only anger..
Discovering the meaning of life,
engaging in a never ending strife.
His counterpart, realized his own weakness,
persevered to change his own reasons and prowess
Joined together by fate
eventually ridden of there own hate.
Living there life according to there own meaning,
Birth became a burden with a deep understanding
Meeting people and changing..
sleeping, eating and then laughing.
As they realize that fate wouldn't help them,
destiny had already abandoned them.
They worked together to save the world,
doing so without saying to each other any word.
Giving up everything they had including there existence,
Love grew for them far more better than evanescence.
As they look back upon there thorny path,
They see everyone worrying not.
With content in there soul and mind
the closed there eyes as if they were blind.
Leaving everything fine is there legacy,
giving happiness in all nationality.
They finally discovered the meaning of Birth,
Replica or original is of no worth.
For people's existence in determined by there actions,
That will be remembered by all of the worlds nations.

beside him, his metallic brother whistled a tune without care,
Ed was tired and heated by the scorching bright sun
but their mission was long from being undone.
He and Al took cover for some cool shade and rest
suddenly, birds landed right upon Al's chest.
Edward laughed on the ground to his hearts desire
while his brother sat still like a motionless fire.
