OMG!! are you kiddin?? Thats really a fan dubbed song??? COMPLETELY AWESOME.... *oh my, I say awesome too often...*sighs
That Y.Chang dude has such a soft voice when he sang 'Ano Hi Tme Machine'... I loved how he made his voice low on the 'La Divina Tragedia'.. Pretty cool
Turns out that he's a Voice Actor, Producer, Singer, and Writer. He looks Chinese (Because he is) but when your listening to his voice, its sorta similar to Vic Mignogna (Voice actor of Edward Elric).

Anyways, i love both of the fan dubs... I'm gonna check out Youtube for more of his fan dubbed songs.
