K-On just keeps getting better and better by each week.

Although many of the parts in each of the episodes are anime exclusively added, it still fits with the rest of the story! Without a doubt, K-On is the best anime this spring 2009! XD

I just put some new pix on the K-ON social page of the band with Azusa added. As I was looking at one of them, I saw that Azusa is playing a bright red Fender Stratocaster. There goes the Strat market .... Since the show started the price of Sunburst Fender P and Jazz bass's has almost doubled, Gibson Les Paul models like Yui plays have gone through the roof in price ... now watch what happens to used Strats ... desu~

After I watched ep 9 this week and got a good close look at Azusa's guitar I realized that it was not a Fender Stratocaster. It is instead a very rare and expensive (for a real one) Fender Mustang guitar. This makes sense because she said her parents were musicians. A real used 1960's Fender Mustang today will bring 7 to 10 thousand dollars. I want to see what happens next.

BTW as of this weekend the top 3 singles on the Billboard Far East chart were all from K-ON : Lazy, Cakeycakey (sp) girls and the new one about the stapler ( I don't know the english title) but they played it at the Freshmen welcome show ....
